Athletic scholarship is hard to acquire, but thankfully I know what it takes.

I'm an experienced D1 collegiate jumper who understands the root of technical flaws, training structure, and weightlifting. I'll use a combination of my experience in athletics and strength training knowledge to craft what's best for the given athlete. If you want to become a better sprinter or jumper, you're in the right place.

About Me:

First and foremost I'm a believer in Jesus Christ. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia. I currently run track at Liberty University specializing in Triple Jump and Long Jump. I love to compete and I love a good thought experiment.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can analyze video, tell you what you need to focus on in your technique or look at you plainly and tell you that your technique is fine and that it's time to do more training. Whether it's weightlifting, jumping, sprinting or a combination of them all, I'll program what's scientifically best for you and what will help you to accomplish your goals the most.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

For this role, I'm offering online coaching. I'll write up training plans and do technique analysis of in and out of competition jumps. With the athlete, I'll walk through how their training is going and assess any adjustments that need to be made. I have an extensive library of personal practice and competition jumps across a number of years and am also able to provide demonstration when necessary. We'll discuss what phase we're in, what our next steps are, and also talk through goals and mentality. I'm an open book and will answer any question related to my experience as a student-athlete across all of my years of track and field in order to help aid and encourage the athlete in their own journey.

Career summary and accomplishments:

3x NCAA D1 Conference Champion (ASUN, CUSA)

High School Triple Jump 1A Private State Record Holder: 48'9.5"

4x GHSA State Champion (Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4x400m)

Middle School Triple Jump School Record Holder: 40'7"

USATF Multi-Time All American (Triple Jump, 4x400m)

National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified (CSCS)

Assistant Jumps Coach

Liberty University Team Captain

Best coach I ever had:

There's many. My best coaches are the not the ones who've coached me the hardest, but the ones who've made me a better man and a better follower of Christ. Coaching isn't about the results, it's about who the athlete becomes along the way to getting there.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I love track and field. It's challenging and progress is sometimes hard to see, however, building confidence in the accumulated training instead of a temporary day to day feeling is what my coaching strives to accomplish. I aim to build mentally and physically resilient athletes, and my Christian nature will naturally influence the way I coach and build athletes. When the work has been put it in, it's time to compete and have fun. How do you spell fun? W-I-N! I'll coach any event but am most comfortable with coaching: Triple Jump, Long Jump, High Jump, 100m, 200m, 400m.

P.S. If any of the times don't work out for you, reach out to me!

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.

AU was created by former college and pro athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process + background check, so you can trust you're training with the best.
