Athlete, SWAT operator, father, husband. I have competing in countless sports, some of which at the highest level, and bring that experience and expertise to my coaching and training. I competed in NCAA Track and Field and Cross Country, competed in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships, 24 hour Military competitors, and much more. With a background in gymnastics, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, I have a well rounded foundation of sports and movement and how to get the most out of the human body. I have been training athletes of all levels for over 12 years, and helping them achieve success and perform to a level that even they did not know was possible.
I have worked and trained with SWAT teams, special forces operators, and some of the physically and mentally toughest people on Earth to learn how to unlock hidden potential and operate and perform at the highest level when the stress on. With a deep knowledge of human movement performance and a lifetime of competition, I can take you to the height of your game both physically and mentally. Session can be held anywhere, local is extremely flexible. Sessions are fluid, but all about hard work. I tailor each session to your specific goals and needs, and program each workout to your unique abilities. Each person moves, learns, and is motivated differently, and as such you will be trained in order to bring out your absolute best.

The best coach I ever had was my high school track and field coach. He not only took me from an average runner to a top tier NCAA decathlete, but made me believe that I could be much more than I was. He was a caring yet hard working and hard pushing coach, who was always able to get the most out of his athletes. He believed that through not only hard work but smart work, you can achieve the best result and push yourself beyond what you believed was possible. I attempt to embody this is in all of my trainings, pushing my athletes hard but doing it in a smart way that prevents injury.
My first priority is the health and safety of my athletes. While I am all about pushing my athletes beyond their capabilities, no amount of hard work makes a different if my athlete gets injured. Their well-being is paramount, I train your athletes like I train my own kids - with their best interest in mind and their health and safety first. With that in mind, I still aim to push my athletes out of your comfort zone and push them to do things they have never been able to do before. It won't be easy, and they will have to work hard, but with buy-in and dedication, they become a brand new athlete.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
