All I wanted to do as a kid growing up in all of the sports that I did was eventually be in the NFL. That was what I worked for every day. Until I realized that life had different plans for me, things changed. I got married and had a baby! I have your best interest when it comes to playing whatever sport you are playing. If you have the passion and desire to be great, I can promise you, you WILL be great. I will push you hard, but you will excel among all others.

I never truly stuck to any sport in high school. My junior year, I decided to try long jump. I ended up breaking my school record with a jump of 21'4" and placed 6th in State for Corner Canyon.
After I played my Senior year of High school, I decided to serve an LDS mission. I went to Mexico and had no plans of playing football when I got back. However, my dream of being in the NFL was sparked again. When I returned home from Mexico, I worked super hard and walked onto the Snow College Football Program. It was super hard to get there, and I was not on scholarship which made it 10X harder. I stopped playing at the college level because I would have had to wait a whole year before getting on scholarship. I also mostly just wanted to be with my girlfriend (now wife) because I never had the time to see her.
I can help you improve your game by channeling your passion and energy. Going far in sports, in my opinion, is 95% mental. You have to be diligent, positive, creative, and relentless. I will go over your goals with you first. I will then help you get a schedule together to help reach your goals. I will make sure that you are keeping up on all of the small things, make adjustments when needed, and keep pushing you until it is time to make new goals.
It really depends on what you choose to do. Everything will start with a dynamic warm up to help prevent injuries and get your muscles ready to go. Then we will go over the goals we want to accomplish. I will have already planned beforehand what we are going to do, but we need to be on the same wavelength with what we are working towards. Training will commence and we will do drills, technique, conditioning, etc. When training ends, we will do a cool down to again, help prevent injuries from occurring. Then we will talk about the plan until we meet again and the homework assignment.
I had a strength and conditioning program that I had started back in 2022. I coached kids and helped them prepare for the following season of football. We did sprint circuits, agility, strength and endurance, etc. I also coached my brother's basketball team when he was in high school. I don't have any other experience other than those two.
The best coach that I have ever had was my Defensive Coordinator on my High School football team. His name is Coach Sutera. The reason that he was my favorite coach is because I knew he had my best interest. He could see potential in kids that most people would have overlooked. He was so friendly, motivating, funny, and so many other things that made football great. Most of all though, he was smart. He knew the game, and he knew how to win. Not only did he know, but he helped everyone else get on the same page.
I am super motivated to make sure that people succeed in whatever they want to do. Obviously, for this case, I want people to know that I truly will give everything I have into making sure that you succeed and reach your goals. I do not care how crazy a goal may sound. If you have the drive to get there, I will provide the pavement.

To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
