About Me:

Helped Coach a D1 All-American in the 10k- he ran 29:14, He also ran 14:02 for the 5k, I coached a female to be ECAC D3 athlete of the month. I also coached high school for Conestoga and had a female run 24.9for the 200 and get 2nd and 3rd in the State in the 100/200. Also worked with a freshman at Conestoga who 9:30's off low mileage! Worked with a 2x D3 national champ in the triple jump, worked with another D3 All American in the triple jump. Had a D2 athlete place 7th (another All American) in the 400 with a person best time of 46.04. Worked with multiple 800 runners who have run 1:55 or better. And have coached multiple Men and women to Under 3 hrs. in the marathon

How I can help you improve your game:

Understanding the science of the body! When you race and get tired the body will start to recruit other muscles to help finish the race! I find those muscles and help strengthen them so when the body recruits them to finish a race they are prepared and stronger than before! This will help you run faster in any race! Also being really positive helps

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Depends on the athlete- First time is explaining and educating them on the why! The Goal is for the athlete to buy in and understand what the session is about and work hard to get the most of it- For distance athletes it's about explaining safe mileage and training to get them to their goals

Career summary and accomplishments:

Started Coaching at LaSalle University after I graduated- took a few years off but got USATF Level 1 and Level 2 certified and started coaching again- Coached at D1 St Joes for 2 years- then coached D3 for 8 years at the following Universities- Cabrini, Stockton Gwynedd Mercy. I am now coaching at the D2 level at Goldey Beacom College

Best coach I ever had:

I have had multiple awesome experiences with all my athletes- Some of my favorites are the 40 min 8k guys who have ran sub 30 for the 8k after 3 months!!! Others are the females that run 21 or 24 minutes and have gotten down to 19/21 minutes! Each athlete brings a different energy with them! My fastest athletes- Males-100-10.55, 200-20.96, 400-46.04, 800-1:51, Mile-4:07, 5k- 14:02, 10k-29:14, Marathon- 2:32

Females- 100-11.94, 200-24.9, 400-58, 800-2:19, Mile-5:09, 5k-17:22, Marathon 2:32

Very Positive! The key for me is that running should be an escape from life. Let the athlete help find the solutions of their problems through running/training

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
