Focus harder. Compete calmer. Perform better.

I help athletes build confidence, composure, and focus so they can perform at their best when pressure, nerves, and expectations are highest. My coaching style is practical, individualized, and relatable. I’m less interested in “perfect mindset” conversations and more focused on giving athletes tools they can actually use when the pressure, nerves, frustration, or expectations show up in real time.

About Me:

I’m a Cognitive Performance Specialist and performance psychology consultant with experience supporting NCAA Division I athletes, high performers, and military personnel in demanding environments where focus, confidence, composure, and communication matter. My background combines psychology, sport and performance science, and real-world experience helping individuals perform under pressure.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Manhattan College and later completed a Master’s degree in Exercise & Performance Psychology. My work focuses on helping athletes strengthen the mental side of performance through practical, individualized coaching that translates directly into competition, leadership, academics, and everyday life.

I work with athletes ranging from high school through adulthood and believe mental skills should feel trainable, approachable, and applicable — not overly clinical or complicated.

How I can help you improve your game:

I help athletes improve the mental side of performance by developing skills such as confidence, focus, composure, emotional regulation, communication, attentional control, and resilience under pressure.

Whether you struggle with nerves before competition, consistency in performance, bouncing back after mistakes, leadership, overthinking, confidence, or maintaining focus during high-pressure moments, I provide practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately during training and competition.

My goal is to help athletes not only perform better, but also understand themselves better as competitors and leaders.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Sessions are tailored to the individual athlete and their goals. A typical session may include discussion around recent performances, identifying current mental barriers, learning performance psychology tools, and applying those tools through practical exercises and real-life performance scenarios.

Depending on the athlete’s needs, sessions may include:

-attention and focus drills

-confidence-building strategies

-visualization and imagery work

-composure and breathing techniques

-communication exercises

-pressure simulation activities

-routines for competition preparation

-reflection and performance review

I aim to create sessions that are engaging, practical, collaborative, and directly connected to real performance situations.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coaches I’ve experienced were the ones who pushed me while also helping me feel understood as a person, not just as a performer. They created accountability, confidence, structure, and trust at the same time.

That heavily influences my own coaching philosophy. I believe athletes improve the most when they feel challenged, supported, and safe enough to grow through mistakes and adversity. Great coaching goes beyond performance — it helps athletes develop confidence, resilience, communication, leadership, and self-awareness that carry into life outside of sport.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I care deeply about helping athletes grow both as performers and as people. I believe strong communication, trust, consistency, and individualized support are essential to development.

My coaching style is adaptable depending on the athlete’s personality, goals, age, and experience level. I strive to create an environment where athletes feel motivated, challenged, and supported while learning practical mental skills they can carry into competition, school, leadership roles, and everyday life.

I also understand that confidence and performance are not always linear. My goal is to help athletes develop tools that allow them to navigate pressure, setbacks, expectations, and growth with greater composure and resilience.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.
