I am a mental coach who believes we can continuously grow as human beings throughout life when we put in the effort. With this belief, I help my clients (athletes, coaches, and parents) grow both personally and professionally through mental skills training. In my time with clients, I value integrity, open-mindedness, and curiosity.
I provide private mental skills sessions personalized to your needs (e.g., emotion management, communication, confidence, focus, and more). To ensure effective personalization, you will have your own online mental skills book, which I will create for you. This book includes: session summaries, your values and goals, your strengths, and the mental skills you will practice.
I first connect with you through a discovery call, free of charge. During this call, I will explore your needs to better personalize your sessions. It is also an opportunity for you to decide whether I am the right fit for you.
If you choose to move forward, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly (weekly is recommended for the best results). After each session, I will update your personalized online mental skills book with a session summary and progress tracking. By the end of our work together, you will have built your own story of growth.
I am a Mental Performance Coach with over 4 years of experience helping athletes build confidence, focus, and mental toughness. I have worked with youth, high school varsity, NCAA Division I, and professional athletes across sports such as basketball, soccer, American football, and jiu-jitsu. I have supported Division I teams in reducing game anxiety and improving resilience, contributing to a conference championship season, and have helped a professional jiu-jitsu athlete achieve her first win at the IBJJF World Championship through personalized mental training. My coaching style is simple, practical, and athlete-centered. I focus on helping athletes stay calm under pressure, stay locked in during competition, and perform with confidence when it matters most.
The best coach I’ve ever had is Coach Myke Scholl, who’s in the picture holding the championship trophy. Even when I doubted my own abilities as a graduate assistant, he continually reminded me of my potential and welcomed me onto the team as a mental coach. Despite all the areas I still had to improve, he chose to see my potential rather than my limits. Through his actions, he taught me the value of growing together. For the clients I meet—past, present, and future—I want to be the kind of coach who makes them feel that we grow together.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
