I’m a multisport athlete at heart with a lifelong love of pushing limits. I started swimming at age 4 and fell in love with water polo by 10. I competed year-round in swimming from 12 and joined a water polo club at 14, later captaining my high school team for four years, leading in goals and assists, and earning the state MVP trophy as a senior. I chased a junior national path, competing on regional teams from ages 14 to 18, and travelled the country for Junior Olympics and the Hawaii Invitational, where I was the sole 15-year-old contributor on a championship team. I played water polo at Cal State Long Beach for a year, then shifted to rowing at Washington State University for 1.5 years before a back injury paused my college career. Since then, I’ve embraced a broad athletic life: skiing and backcountry adventures, weightlifting and CrossFit, mountain biking (both downhill and trail), and endurance running. These varied experiences taught me what it takes to compete, recover, and grow—both on and off the field.
I help you improve your game by blending elite competitive experience with proven mental-performance methods and practical, real-world coaching. I’ll work with you to build unshakeable confidence through simple, repeatable routines, sharpen your focus with targeted visualization and cue-word design, and develop clear, decisive goals and systems that actually get you results. We’ll tackle nerves, perfectionism, and self-doubt with a compassionate, no-quit mindset, and I’ll show you how to stay sharp under pressure while staying true to who you want to be off the field. Together, we’ll turn setbacks into quick, constructive recovery, so you can compete with grace, perform consistently, and become a phenomenal human, not just a phenomenal athlete.
A typical session with me is a purposeful blend of mindset work, skill build, and practical routines that you can take off the field. We start by checking in on what went well since our last session, then zero in on a focused goal for the day. You’ll experience a full toolkit in action: breathwork to dial in arousal, visualization to rehearse success, and cue-word designs to anchor performance in the moment. We’ll layer in stress and anxiety regulation, strategic goal-setting, journaling, and a performance log to track progress. Sessions are usually virtual and I tailor the flow to you—keeping things engaging, challenging, and immediately transferable to game day.
I’ve built a diverse, athlete-centered career that blends mental health, fitness, and leadership. I spent three years as a Mental Health Therapist and Personal Trainer, helping people move beyond mental barriers while strengthening their bodies. For six years, I led small business management and customer service coaching, honing communication, systems, and growth strategies that help teams shine. Most recently, I owned and operated CycleBar for two years, where I fused coaching, motivation, and community-building to empower people to show up at their best every day. Each role informs how I coach athletes—with empathy, clarity, and a relentless focus on turning potential into real-world performance.
One of the best coaches I ever had was an assistant on my club water polo team who blew my mind at 14 by yelling, “Shoot the ball more!” after I launched a cross-pool pass that reached the ref from 25 meters away. That moment didn’t just boost my confidence; it showed me I could massively contribute and change the game when I trusted my instincts. It absolutely changed my mindset about myself, and how I showed up for practice and competition!
I also had a swimming coach who treated every swimmer with unconditional positive regard—believing in us all, whether we were fastest or still finding our stroke.
Those coaches taught me the power of belief, the value of encouragement, and how a single moment of recognition can flip a kid from “just another player” to “a key contributor.” I bring that same spark to my athletes: high expectations, delivered with support, celebration of effort, and a knack for turning bold belief into real, on-the-spot action.
I’m the coach who shows up with a big heart, a clear plan, and a knack for keeping things real and uplifting at the same time. I meet each athlete where they are, celebrate their wins, and tackle the tough moments with honesty, kindness, and practical routines that actually work. I’m light-hearted and approachable, but I hold high standards—not just for performance, but for character: kindness, leadership, accountability, and grace under pressure. I’m all about open, respectful communication with athletes and parents, keeping confidentiality and safety at the forefront while making space for tough conversations when they’re needed. Parents will find me collaborative and proactive—ready to guide, support, and step back when that’s the best move for their child. Most importantly, I’m here to help athletes become phenomenal humans who can lead with confidence on the field and in life.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.
