Lacrosse has been and always will be a strong passion of mine. It created an outlet for me and has given me some of the most memorable years of my life. I will always be grateful for the opportunities and friendships it has provided me as a player and coach. My journey began as a young freshman at The Academy of Holy Angels where I was a four year starter and senior captain. I continued my career playing Division II lacrosse in Ohio where I again was a four year starter and senior captain. During my time there I set the record for assists, an accomplishment that shows my love for the game, my field vision and my commitment to elevating the players around me.
After college I transitioned immediately into coaching gaining experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. I'm driven by the opportunity to help athletes grow holistically, not just in skill but in leadership, confidence and love for the game. Lacrosse is more than just a sport to me it's a powerful experience that brings joy, connection and commitment.
My goal as a coach is to share my knowledge, inspire players to reach their potential and find a passion for the sport that helped shape my life.
As a former collegiate athlete I understand what it takes to excel in this sport. I specialize in developing lacrosse IQ, how to read the field and create opportunities and basic fundamental skills to build your game. My coaching approach is detail oriented and player centered. I will focus on fundamentals such as foot work, stick skills, positioning and awareness while also incorporating more advanced concepts such as spacial awareness, transition strategy and communication.
My training sessions will always begin with a dynamic warm-up and a stick warm-up focusing on proper grip and soft hands. During warm-up we will discuss specific details the athlete would like to work on throughout or training session(s) and I will assess the athletes skills. Next we will move on to a skills session with different areas of focus including passing/catching techniques, ground balls, shooting, dodging, footwork, etc. Following this will be an athletes choice block were we spending time working on techniques the athletes choose such as shooting, draw controls, stick protection, defense, etc. If the athlete does not have anything specific, not a problem, I will choose a skill that corresponds to their field position. Typically we will end the session with some light conditioning that is built into a drill to build stamina and more game-like play.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
