About Me:

Baseball has been the biggest part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I bring that same passion into coaching. I currently play college baseball at Dominican University New York and have experience coaching at the youth and high school levels, so I understand what it takes to develop at different stages of the game.

What separates me as a coach is my focus on both skill development and mindset. Baseball is a game of failure, and learning how to stay confident and composed is just as important as mechanics. I work with players to improve fundamentals like hitting, fielding, and throwing, while also helping them build confidence and approach the game the right way.

At the end of the day, I believe baseball should be fun. When players enjoy what they’re doing, they improve faster and perform better. My goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where players can grow, gain confidence, and develop a real love for the game.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can help improve your game by focusing on both the physical and mental side of hitting. I’m an experienced hitter, and one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that hitting is just as mental as it is physical. I’ve spent a lot of time developing routines and an approach that works for me, and I want to help players do the same for themselves.

Every hitter is different, so I work with players to build routines and an approach that fits them, whether that’s their timing, mindset at the plate, or how they handle different situations in a game. Along with that, I’ll help clean up mechanics and fundamentals so everything works together. My goal is to help players feel confident every time they step in the box and give them tools they can rely on.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical session with me is structured, but always tailored to the player. I like to start by talking, what you’ve been working on, how you’ve been feeling at the plate, and what you want to focus on that day. That helps me build the session specifically around you, not just run through random drills.

From there, we’ll get into a warm-up and fundamental work, then move into hitting. We’ll break down your swing, work on mechanics, and do drills that actually translate into game situations. I want everything we do to have a purpose and carry over into real at-bats.

Routines are a big part of how I train. Something I do myself is write down after every hitting session how I felt, what worked, what didn’t, and what I can improve on. I encourage my players to do the same, because building those thoughts turns into good habits and confidence over time.

We always finish with something competitive. I want players to feel that game-like pressure and bring out their competitive side, so they leave the session feeling ready to step into a real game.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I attended Jefferson Township High School, where I was a 4-year varsity starter and finished my career with 100 hits. I earned All-Conference honors three times and was named an All-State player my senior year, establishing myself as one of the top hitters in the area. Known as a consistent, all-fields hitter with a strong approach, hitting for both power and average.

I went on to play at Sussex County Community College, where I hit .355 and earned both All-Conference and All-Region honors. I currently compete at the Division II level at Dominican University New York, continuing to develop my game and refine my approach against high-level competition.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I ever had was my hitting coach at Sussex County Community College. He taught me so much about hitting that completely changed my game, especially when it came to the mental side and staying positive through tough stretches.

He also helped me make small adjustments to my swing that made a big difference. I already had the strength, but he helped me unlock more power and turn that into real results, like hitting more home runs.

A lot of what I learned from him is what I try to pass on to the players I work with. He showed me how important confidence, approach, and belief are, and that’s something I want every player I coach to develop along with their physical skills.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I love baseball more than anything, and my goal is to pass that love on to every player I work with. I truly believe this is a kids’ game, you can have fun and still compete at a high level, and that’s something I emphasize in every session.

I’m very passionate about what I do, and I’m committed to helping each player find what works best for them. Every player is different, so I take the time to understand them and build an approach that fits their game. I’m also reliable, always on time, and willing to put in the extra work to help players get the best results.

At the end of the day, I want players to improve, gain confidence, and enjoy coming to the field every time.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
