I’m passionate about coaching, sports, and psychology, I’ve dedicated my life to helping athletes reach their full potential. My love for this work started after I broke my leg and received guidance from someone who helped me recover and grow; I realized then that my purpose was to do the same for others. I have a BA in Psychology from Boston College, currently enrolled(online) in a Masters of Healthcare Administration, and I am actively pursuing my NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. I am a constant learner, and will continue to do so to improve my craft and coaching for life.
I help athletes improve by starting with a thorough evaluation session, where I assess your strengths, habits, and areas for growth. Every session is personalized to your needs, with progress tracked and logged using both data and science to ensure measurable improvement from day one.
I also focus on the whole athlete — getting to know who you are as a person, competitor, and team member — and incorporate psychology to help you perform confidently under pressure. Together, we’ll train for performance, work on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and build the physical and mental tools to get you where you want to go.
A typical session with me is energetic, hands-on, and tailored to you. I bring youth, enthusiasm, and passion to every workout, backed by real experience in training, performance, and rehabilitation. You can expect personalized drills, innovative ways to get faster and stronger, and challenges that push you while keeping things fun, because improvement and hard work don’t always feel easy, but training and competing should be enjoyable.
Sessions feel like we’re working together, building skill, strength, and speed while incorporating creative exercises that test your limits and develop confidence. I never ask my athletes to do anything I wouldn’t do myself, and every session is designed to challenge you, help you grow, and make sure you’re prepared to perform at your best, on and off the track.
I am a dedicated track and field coach and former high-level sprinter with a strong foundation in performance, psychology, and rehabilitation. Currently, I serve as Head Coach at Church Farm School including pursuit of my National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS certification, to provide structured, evidence-based coaching. Key Accomplishments: -Top-five sprinter in the 100+ year history of Church Farm School, winning district titles in the 200m and 4x100 relay. -Served as team captain for two seasons, leading by example and fostering athlete development. -3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, aiding rehabilitation and injury prevention. -Internships at USC Keck School of Medicine, PwC, and Skaneateles Psychology Associates, providing experience in research, analytics, and applied psychology. -Successfully transitioned from elite athlete to Head Coach, creating personalized training programs that integrate psychology, biomechanics, and measurable performance metrics. -Pursuing advanced education in Healthcare Administration and CSCS certification, strengthening knowledge in performance optimization, athlete health, and structured training.

I bring energy, youth, and enthusiasm to every session, but I pair it with knowledge and experience that rivals coaches who have been in the game for years. I know what it feels like to be in an athlete’s shoes as a former high-level competitor, and I like to believe I still “got it,” even though my prime years are behind me. I am continuously investing in my development through my Master’s studies and pursuit of my CSCS certification, ensuring my athletes receive the best guidance possible. My goal is simple: to help you improve, perform confidently, and enjoy the process while reaching your full potential.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
