I have a diverse and extensive athletic background across several disciplines:
Soccer: I dedicated 5 years to playing soccer, developing skills in teamwork, strategy, and endurance on the field. (3x MVP, All conference, State runner ups)
Gymnastics (tramp and tumbling) : With 15 years of experience in gymnastics, I honed my agility, strength, and flexibility, competing and achieving proficiency in various apparatus and routines. (state qualifier, Trampoline and tumbling level 10)
Track: Over 15 years, I participated in track and field, focusing on events like sprints, hurdles, and relays, which enhanced my speed, stamina, and competitive spirit. (2x all conference, 2x state qualifier, state runner up in 4x1 and 4x4 relay)
Springboard Diving: I spent 4 years in springboard diving, mastering techniques for aerial acrobatics and precision, which required both physical and mental discipline. (2x all conference, 2x all American, 2x State qualifier)
CrossFit: For the past 10 years, I have been actively involved in CrossFit, combining elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This has allowed me to further develop my overall fitness, endurance, and functional strength. (top 65th% worldwide)

With my extensive coaching background, I've had the opportunity to experience various coaching methodologies across different sports. I firmly believe that trust is foundational for fostering athlete improvement and success. Therefore, my approach begins with establishing a strong coach-athlete relationship built on mutual trust. We will collaboratively define a shared end goal, develop a strategic plan, and chart a clear path towards achieving our objectives together. We begin with a thorough 8-10 minute warm-up, ensuring the body is prepared while fostering a fun atmosphere to energize and mentally prepare.
During this time, we discuss our goals for the session, aligning on what we aim to achieve.
Post-warm-up, we focus intensely on the workout, dedicating ourselves to the task at hand.
Upon completion of the workout, we transition into a comprehensive cool-down period. Here, we reflect on the session, discussing what went well, areas for improvement, and adjustments for future sessions.
This structured approach ensures that each session maximizes both physical preparation and strategic planning, fostering continuous improvement and achievement of our goals.
Gymnastics and Cheerleading Tumbling: I have 5 years of coaching experience in gymnastics and cheerleading tumbling, guiding athletes in developing fundamental skills and techniques essential for performance. Diving: With 10 years of coaching expertise in diving, I have worked with athletes at various levels, from beginner lessons to coaching Olympic-level competitors. My focus has been on refining technique, enhancing performance, and preparing athletes for competitive success. CrossFit/Bootcamp: Over 3 years, I've coached CrossFit and bootcamp sessions, emphasizing functional fitness, strength training, and high-intensity workouts designed to maximize athletic performance and overall fitness levels. Throughout my coaching career, my passion has been to inspire athletes to reach their full potential, fostering environments that blend skill development with motivation and achievement.
The best coach I have ever had the pleasure of training under would of been my 7th, 8th grade track coaches. They instilled a fire within me to continue the sport that I loved, and supported me to push my boundaries.
I am passionate about continuous learning and believe in the uniqueness of every athlete. Over the past decade, I've had the honor of not only learning from but also coaching some of the finest athletes in the US within their age groups. I have also had to privilege to work under some of the best Olympic coaches in the world. Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
