About Me:

I am a former Division I baseball player and shortstop with years of experience competing, leading, and coaching the game. I just graduated this past semester at Niagara University and now pursuing a career in coaching and sports agency. I've played at Niagara University, Mississippi Delta Community College, and New Albany High School, earning honors such as First Team All-Conference, Male Athlete of the Year, All-Conference, and All-State. Along with my playing experience, I've coached youth ano travel baseball players from ages 7-

15, helping them build skills, confidence, discipline, and a better understanding of the game. My goal as an online coach is to help young athletes improve their fundamentals, develop their baseball IQ, and gain the confidence needed to perform at their best.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can help you improve your game by breaking down the little details that make a big difference. Through online coaching, I focus on fundamentals, fielding, hitting approach, baseball IQ, confidence, and mental preparation. Whether you need help with skill

development, game situations, practice routines, or building the right mindset, my goal is to give you clear coaching, honest feedback, and a plan to help you become a better all around baseball player.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical session is built around both the physical and mental side of the game. We'll break down areas like fielding, hitting approach, footwork, throwing, baseball IQ, and game situations while giving you clear feedback and drills you can use on your own. We'll also work on mental exercises, confidence-building routines, and tips for handling pressure, failure, and tough moments. I'll share real experiences from my own playing career to help you build confidence and trust your preparation.

Career summary and accomplishments:

Throughout my baseball career, I have been blessed to compete and succeed at multiple levels of the game. At Niagara University, I was a Division I shortstop, started all 92 games over two seasons, and finished with a .324 career batting average and 121 hits. I earned 2026 AII-MAAC First Team All-Conference Shortstop, Niagara University Male Athlete of the Year, Vincent O Malley Men's Team Student-Athlete of the Year, and Niagara Athletics "Unsung Hero." Before Niagara, I was a team captain and All-Conference shortstop at Mississippi Delta Community College, and a team captain and All-State selection at New Albany High School.

Best coach I ever had:

Matt Spatafora, head coach from Niagara University.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Athletes and parents should know that | care about more than just baseball skills. My goal is to help players grow as athletes,

teammates, and people. I believe in coaching with honesty, encouragement, and clear communication while helping each athlete build confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

I also believe baseball is even more mental than it is physical. Skills matter, but confidence, toughness, focus, and the ability to handle failure are what separate good players from great ones. I want to share my own experiences and help athletes understand how I was able to overcome challenges, grow mentally, and succeed in the mental side of the game. Parents can expect me to be professional, supportive, and committed to helping their athlete develop both on and off the field.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
