Learn how to master the o-line position
Get hands on coaching from a former college offensive lineman. With my coaching and experience I can help you to hone your skills and become the best football player you can be. Open to work with all ages and experience levels from elementary schoolers just starting football to high schoolers looking to play at the next level.
I will take kids looking to play the offensive line position and help them improve their game and master the techniques needed to excel at the position. This includes footwork and blocking techniques as well as general weight training and recovery to ensure you are performing at your maximum potential.
We'll start off with a basic warmup and move into footwork drills for run blocking: inside zone, outside zone, pulling etc. After this we will move into pass protection drills such as kick setting, how to beat specific pass rush moves and how to recover from moves such as a bull rush or spin move. After this if there are multiple athletes we will move into double team drills and hand placement/body control drills. Sessions should typically run about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the number of athletes. Moakley Park in South Boston will be my main training location but I am also able to do a different location based off your convenience.
I played football for 13 years from age 8 - 21. I was able to play in college at Dickinson College in Carlisle PA at the D3 level. While at Dickinson I was part of an offensive line that cleared the way for a 1000 yard rusher for multiple seasons. We made a bowl game my senior year and were consistently a top rated offensive line in the conference.
My college O line coach Kyle Shuck was without a doubt the best coach I've ever had. He taught me a lot about how to play the position and how to improve your already raw skills. I take my coaching philosophy from him.
I want to help you be great. If there are specific drills you want to work on do not hesitate to let me know if you have any critiques of my drills also don't hesitate to let me know. I also want to serve as a resource when it comes to navigating the recruiting process and am more than happy to give advice on the best approach to getting noticed by college coaches.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
