I’m a former track and field and soccer athlete from Montclair State University. I played soccer for three years at the collegiate level and competed in track and field for two years, where I walked on as a self-taught triple jumper. During my five seasons, I earned three conference titles, became an All-American, and broke a 50-year-old school record. I’ve coached athletes from youth to varsity level for both sports, focusing on explosive power, balance, and confidence. Each session blends technical breakdowns, goal setting, and individualized feedback to help athletes reach their next level whether that’s improving a jump PR or mastering footwork and speed on the field. My goal is to unlock each athlete’s full potential through energy, precision, and discipline.

About Me:

I’m a former collegiate track & field and soccer athlete from Montclair State University, where I earned All-American honors and broke a 50+ year school record in the triple jump. I’ve coached both high school soccer and track, helping athletes develop elite-level speed, power, and jumping ability on the track side and developing technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. My goal is to push athletes beyond their limits while building confidence and discipline that translate on and off the field.

How I can help you improve your game:

I specialize in developing explosive speed, balance, and power through technical training, plyometrics, and mobility work. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve your vertical, sprint faster, perfect your jump phases, or improve your skills on the field, I design personalized sessions that target your specific performance goals. Every drill has purpose you’ll leave each session understanding not just what we do, but why it makes you better.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Track and Field: Sessions start with dynamic warm-ups and movement prep to prime your body for power and coordination. We then progress into sprint mechanics, jump technique, and strength or plyometric circuits designed to build explosiveness. I incorporate video feedback, technical cues, and real-time corrections so you can see and feel your improvement each session. Every workout ends with cooldown and recovery strategies to keep you performing at your best.

Soccer: begin with a dynamic warm-up and ball activation to build coordination, mobility, and control. We then move into drills that develop technical mastery — including first touch, dribbling, passing accuracy, and shooting under pressure. From there, I incorporate position-specific work and small-area games to sharpen decision-making, movement off the ball, and tactical awareness. Every session ends with competitive challenges or conditioning that mirrors real-game intensity, followed by cooldown and reflection. My goal is to ensure each player leaves every session sharper, faster, and more confident with the ball at their feet.

Career summary and accomplishments:

High School Soccer: 3× First Team All-Conference, 2× All-County, 2× All-State, and second all-time leading goal scorer in program history. High School Track & Field: Sectional Champion in only my second year competing. College Track & Field (Montclair State University): Self taught walk on, 3× Conference Champion, 4× All-Region, 2× All-American, and broke a 50+ year school record in the triple jump all in the span of 5 seasons. Now a dedicated coach focused on helping athletes unlock the same level of speed, power, and confidence through individualized training.

I’ve been fortunate to have several coaches who all impacted me in different ways — some taught me discipline, others taught me confidence, and a few showed me what true leadership looks like. Each one played a part in shaping how I coach today: with high standards, clear communication, and a genuine belief in every athlete’s potential.

I’m passionate about developing athletes both physically and mentally. My sessions are detail-oriented, high energy, and built to challenge each player while building their confidence. I believe in creating a positive training environment where athletes feel supported to take risks, learn, and grow. Each athletes processes learning differently I do my best to ensure I tailor to them and help reach their untapped potential. Every athlete I train knows that I’m fully invested in their success on the field, track, and beyond.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
