About Me:

Offensive MVP three out of four years of my varsity season in high school, scored 1,000 career points, and scored a number of times in college.

How I can help you improve your game:

Technical Skills: Tailor drills to improve their ball control, passing, shooting, and dribbling. Consistent practice will refine their technique and make them more confident on the field.

Tactical Awareness: Teach them how to read the game—understanding positioning, making smart decisions, and anticipating the opposition's moves. This will enhance their overall game intelligence.

Fitness and Conditioning: Provide a personalized fitness plan that builds strength, endurance, agility, and speed. A strong fitness foundation improves performance and reduces the risk of injury.

Mental Toughness: Help them develop focus, confidence, and resilience to stay calm under pressure and push through tough situations on the field.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Warm-Up (10-15 minutes): We start with a dynamic warm-up to get the body ready and reduce injury risk. This includes light jogging, stretching, and mobility exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion.

Technical Drills (20-25 minutes):

We’ll dive into drills to improve core skills like passing, dribbling, shooting, and ball control. This may include footwork exercises, touch-and-go drills, or small-sided games to develop precision and confidence with the ball.

Tactical/Positional Work (15-20 minutes):

We’ll work on understanding positioning, movement off the ball, and game scenarios. This might involve practicing formations, defensive or attacking patterns, and reading the game in small-sided matchups.

Fitness & Agility (10-15 minutes):

We’ll focus on improving your speed, agility, and endurance with specific exercises that simulate match intensity—like shuttle runs, cone drills, or sprint intervals.

Cool-Down (5-10 minutes):

The session wraps up with a cool-down, including light jogging and stretching to relax the muscles, improve recovery, and prevent injury.

The best coach I've ever had is Alex, he coached me when I was about 10 years old during my travel ball season, Alex was the best coach to me because he was compassionate and supportive both on and off the field, he plays a huge part in me becoming the player I am today.

I have a deep understanding of the game and create training sessions tailored to each player’s individual needs—whether they're working on technical skills, tactical awareness, or overall fitness.

I prioritize creating a positive and motivating environment, where athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves and build confidence on and off the field. I emphasize the importance of discipline, hard work, and mental toughness, while also ensuring that the sessions are engaging and enjoyable.

For parents, I’m transparent in my coaching approach, and I communicate regularly about progress, areas for improvement, and how they can support their child’s development. My goal is to help athletes become not just better players, but well-rounded individuals with a strong work ethic and passion for the game.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
