I helped many athletes, student athletes improve their game by focusing on their mind first to their goal, following their physical evolution by putting them in a Basketball specific training and their recovery of what they should be nutritionally consuming.
What does a typical training session look like?
The session plan focuses on the principle of strengthening and conditioning before a player is applied in the basketball court for performance, drills, and competition. On alternating days the players jump into strength training or plyometrics following the 2nd hour basketball drill and conditioning which consists of; 8 lap warm-up, dribbling drills, shooting drills, shooting placement, splitting the defense, lay up drills, and defensive slides. During the closing period of the session I work on the players flexibility, mobility, and reflex movement as well as proper nutrition.
