About Me:

As a player, I’ve had the ability to play domestically and internationally in my youth development (in the U.S. and Peru) where I have played in local clubs and academies such as: Driftwood Club, Pembroke Pines United, Magdalena F.C., Valencia C.F. I’ve played for my local high school team in Hollywood, FL. where I then had the opportunity to play for two collegiate soccer teams of different conferences (NAIA D1 & NCCAA D2). Followed by playing semi-pro in different leagues: UPSL D1, UPSL Premier, and NPSL. Throughout my career, I was able to start and play multiple positions, from anywhere in the backline to anywhere in the middle. Also, lead multiple teams as captain.

I can help improve their game through reflection, analysis, testing , and situational training that’ll enhance, improve, and perfect their strengths, weaknesses, and mental attitude.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session all determines on the player(s) and their positioning, skillsets, and fitness. Nonetheless, the training program will have different levels to build on. An example of a typical training session looks as follows:

1. Players will go through a dynamic warm-up: This warm-up will allow players to become physically and mentally prepared for the training session to follow, strengthen their muscles, become more mobile and increase stability. It will also increase injury prevention.

2. The first drill is a continue of the dynamic warm-up that’s more soccer specific, and will definitely prepare them mentally and the main focus of todays session (dribbling, passing, defending, attacking, etc.)

3. A more basic but fundamental drill that can start at beginner or advanced level.

4. Increase in intensity, and more situational or soccer specific.

5. Fitness with the ball

6. Cooldown and reflection where the player increase their game IQ through discussion.

Career summary and accomplishments:

Started coaching in 2021, coaching boy and girls from the age of 3-13 years-old. Followed by coaching men’s middle school and high soccer at Trinity Christian Academy and continues to coach there, developing the program and already gaining huge results. Lastly, starting to volunteer as a coach for Trinity Baptist College, assisting the coach with the reserves team to development them for the upcoming season.

Best coach I ever had:

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to be coached by various coaches with prestigious background and experience in the game. I do not have the best or most favored because each coach has developed my skillset in a different way. For example, my high school coach who coached in the Premier League and played for the U.S. National Team’s Reserves helped me understand the fundamentals of defending and positioning. My college coaches helped me understand the mental attitude and professionalism it takes to reach the highest. Lastly, two other coaches in my player career assisted me in giving me the confidence to believe in my skillsets and improve them through the little details.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Athletes and parents should know that I am a very supportive yet transparent coach who pays attention to the little details. I’m very passionate and grateful for the opportunities the game has offered me. Allowing me to not improve as an athlete, but as a coach, person, and business man. Plus, it connected me to the colleges where I’m able to continue my education after high school. With all this said, I would love to provide the same opportunity to my players to get best out of this sport. But understand that it takes a lot of the discipline, mental fortitude, and support from both parent and player.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
