Build the Swing. Build the Athlete. Build the Confidence.
Help your athlete build confidence, discipline, focus, and strong golf fundamentals through personalized instruction. I help young golfers develop their swing, short game, course management, and mental approach while learning to train smarter and compete with confidence.
As a parent, you want your child to get more than just a better golf swing—you want them to develop confidence, discipline, focus, and skills they can carry with them both on and off the course. My goal as an instructor is to create a positive, structured environment where young golfers can learn, improve, and enjoy the process of becoming better athletes and golfers.
I tailor every lesson to the individual athlete, meeting them at their current skill level and helping them progress toward their goals. Whether your child is picking up a club for the first time, playing recreationally, or preparing for competitive golf, I provide instruction that is age-appropriate, encouraging, and focused on long-term development.
I can help your athlete:
* Build a strong foundation — proper grip, setup, posture, alignment, balance, and swing fundamentals.
* Improve ball striking — developing a more consistent and efficient golf swing.
* Increase distance and accuracy — learning how to create speed while maintaining control.
* Develop a complete short game — chipping, pitching, bunker play, and putting.
* Learn smarter course management — making better decisions and understanding how to manage their game.
* Develop confidence — learning to trust their preparation and commit to each shot.
* Build strong practice habits — learning how to practice with purpose instead of simply hitting balls.
* Prepare for competition — developing routines, focus, and strategies that translate to tournament play.
* Enjoy the game — creating a positive relationship with golf that encourages continued growth and participation.
Most importantly, I want each athlete to leave a lesson knowing what they are working on, why it matters, and how they can continue improving between lessons.
My goal is to help your child become a better golfer, a more confident athlete, and a more disciplined competitor—one lesson at a time.
Every training session is designed to give your athlete focused instruction, purposeful practice, and measurable progress. I want athletes to leave each session understanding not only what they need to improve, but how to improve it.
1. Check-In & Goals
We begin by discussing how the athlete has been playing, what they practiced since the last session, and what we need to accomplish that day.
2. Warm-Up & Athletic Preparation
We prepare the body for golf with movement, stretching, and golf-specific warm-up exercises. This helps athletes get physically and mentally ready to train.
3. Skill Development
We focus on the specific areas that will have the greatest impact on the athlete’s game. Depending on their needs, this may include:
* Full swing and ball striking
* Driving and distance
* Iron play
* Chipping and pitching
* Bunker play
* Putting
* Alignment and setup
* Tempo and balance
4. Swing Analysis & Feedback
I observe the athlete’s technique and provide simple, actionable feedback. When appropriate, I use swing analysis to identify areas that need attention and help the athlete understand the changes we’re making.
5. On-Course Skills & Decision Making
Golf is more than just having a good swing. Athletes learn target selection, club selection, course management, pre-shot routines, and how to respond to different situations on the course.
6. Practice Plan
We finish by establishing specific drills and practice goals for the athlete to work on between sessions. This gives them a clear roadmap for continued improvement.
7. Progress & Confidence
I reinforce what the athlete did well, identify the next area of development, and help them understand that improvement comes from consistent, purposeful practice.
My goal is for every session to be positive, productive, and purposeful—while helping athletes develop skills that translate from the practice area to the course and ultimately to competition.

I bring that same commitment to preparation and continuous improvement to every golf lesson. My objective is to help each athlete develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to reach their individual potential.
The greatest compliment a coach can receive is knowing that an athlete genuinely enjoyed the experience, trusted the instruction, and felt they were becoming better because of it.
My goal with every athlete is to create that kind of experience. I want students to feel encouraged, challenged, supported, and excited to improve. Whether we’re working on the fundamentals, fixing a swing issue, developing the short game, or preparing for competition, I take the time to understand the athlete and meet them where they are.
For parents, that means knowing your child is receiving more than a golf lesson. They’re receiving individual attention, positive coaching, purposeful instruction, and guidance designed to help them grow as both a golfer and an athlete.
I believe great coaching is about more than improving a golf swing. It’s about developing the person behind the athlete.
Parents should know that I take the responsibility of coaching seriously. I provide a positive, patient, and structured environment where athletes can learn without being afraid to make mistakes. I believe mistakes are part of the learning process, and every challenge is an opportunity to improve.
I also believe every athlete is different. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand each golfer’s experience, goals, strengths, challenges, and personality, then tailor instruction accordingly.
Athletes should expect me to challenge them while also encouraging them. I’ll celebrate their progress, but I’ll also hold them accountable for the effort and practice necessary to improve.
I emphasize:
* Fundamentals before complexity
* Purposeful practice over simply hitting balls
* Confidence over perfection
* Consistency over quick fixes
* Process over score
* Preparation before competition
* Respect, discipline, and accountability
I want athletes to learn how to think their way around the golf course, manage pressure, make smart decisions, and trust their preparation.
Most importantly, I want every athlete to enjoy the game. Golf can teach valuable lessons about patience, perseverance, focus, responsibility, and overcoming adversity—lessons that extend well beyond the course.
Parents can expect me to communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and remain focused on their child’s long-term development rather than just the results of one lesson or one round.
My commitment is simple:
Help each athlete become a better golfer, a more confident competitor, and a stronger individual—one lesson at a time.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
