About Me:

I’m a captain of the Rollins College women’s lacrosse team and a psychology major who is passionate about helping the next generation of athletes grow. As a college athlete, I understand the work, discipline, and mindset it takes to compete at a high level. I love working with younger players to help them build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a competitive mindset while still enjoying the game. My goal as a coach is to create an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and excited to get better every session.

How I can help you improve your game:

I focus on helping athletes develop both the physical skills and the mental side of their game. We’ll work on fundamentals, game awareness, and position-specific skills while also building confidence and composure under pressure. As a psychology major with experience in mental performance work, I also help athletes develop a strong mindset so they can play confidently, handle mistakes, and compete at their best.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Sessions are structured, high energy, and tailored to the athlete’s goals. We’ll start with fundamentals and skill work, then move into game-like drills that challenge decision making, speed, and confidence. I like to make sessions competitive and engaging while still focusing on technique and improvement. My goal is for athletes to leave every session feeling more confident and excited about their progress.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I was named a USA Lacrosse All-American during my junior year of high school, an experience that helped shape my path toward competing at the collegiate level. I currently play for the Rollins College women’s lacrosse team, a nationally ranked program, where I also serve as a team captain. During my freshman year, our team advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. As a junior, I was named a Preseason First Team All-American and have led my team in draw controls all four years of my collegiate career, finishing with over 300 draw controls. Competing at this level has strengthened my leadership, discipline, and understanding of what it takes to succeed in high-level athletics.

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I’ve ever had was my coach at Rollins College, Tom Kienle. He had an incredible ability to push athletes to be their best while still making them feel supported and confident. He emphasized discipline, accountability, and competing with purpose, but he also created an environment where players trusted each other and enjoyed the process. That balance of high standards and genuine care is something that really shaped me as an athlete and is something I try to bring into my own coaching style.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I care deeply about helping athletes grow both on and off the field. My goal is not just to improve skills, but to help athletes develop confidence, discipline, and a strong mindset that will benefit them in sports and in life. I strive to create sessions that are challenging, positive, and fun so athletes stay motivated and continue to develop their love for the game.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
