Why Train With Me?

I have over 15 plus years of lacrosse experience playing at the highest level. My name is Harrison Spilker, I am from Baltimore, Maryland and I have played lacrosse for over 15 years. I played goalie my entire life and I know more about the position than most. I am knowledgeable in all positions of the game. I have worked with and have been coached by some of the best coaches in the sport. I want to share my knowledge and help kids get better and love the game that has given me so much.

Played division one lacrosse at Bellarmine university played varsity high school lacrosse for Boys' Latin school of Maryland which is one of the best high school lacrosse teams of all time
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I have had was my high school coach Coach Brian Farrell. He taught me so much about the game but also taught me how to be a better man.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am an easy going fun guy. I love to work hard and I just want to give back to others through the sport that has given me so much.

I have been doing private lessons for over 5 years now. I also have been coaching club lacrosse for over 3 years now.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game through my expansive knowledge of the sport at all positions. I know through hard work anything can be accomplished. I have a high lacrosse IQ and know a lot about the intricacies of the game.
What does a typical training session look like?
Typical training session would start with some dynamic stretching and warm up exercises. Then we go into what the player wants to work on or plan we come up with together. To end the session I always like to do something a little more fun that still accomplishes getting better.
