I am a professional figure skater with Disney on Ice.
I’m a professional figure skater with Disney On Ice, and I bring that high level of experience into my coaching. I work with skaters to develop not only their skating skills and technique, but also their confidence, quality, and ability to perform under pressure. No matter the form of skating. I know firsthand what it takes to go from training in the rink to performing at a professional level in front of thousands of people. My goal is to share that experience with my students, while giving them the same kind of encouragement, accountability, and belief that my best coaches gave me. Whether a skater is just starting out or looking to take their skating to the next level, I want them to leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to keep improving.
I can assist with everything from basic skating skills, off-ice training, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and getting ready for that big game or competition.
Every session is tailored to the student’s individual needs, goals, and experience level. I want each training session to be productive, challenging, and enjoyable while helping the student build confidence along the way.
A typical session may look something like this:
1. Check-in & Warm-Up
We start by checking in on how the student is feeling and what they’ve been working on since our last session. We then go through a warm-up to get the body moving and prepare for the work ahead.
2. Skill Development
We focus on the specific skills the student is currently working to improve. I break things down into manageable pieces, demonstrate techniques when needed, and provide feedback throughout the session.
3. Drills & Repetition
We put those skills into practice through targeted drills and exercises. Repetition is an important part of developing consistency, so we work through situations that challenge the student while reinforcing proper technique.
4. Game/Real-World Application
As appropriate, we transition from isolated drills into more realistic or game-like situations. This gives the student an opportunity to apply what they’ve learned, make decisions, and build confidence under pressure.
5. Review & Feedback
We finish by reviewing what went well, what we can continue to improve, and what the student should focus on before our next session. I always want the student to leave knowing exactly what they accomplished and what their next steps are.
My goal is not simply to run a workout or practice drills. I want students to understand why we’re doing something, develop good habits, and gradually become more confident and independent in their skills.

My best coach I’ve ever had was someone who made every training session feel meaningful. They pushed me to work harder and step outside of my comfort zone, but they also knew when I needed encouragement and support.
A typical training session with them was never just about going through the motions. They would explain what we were working on, why it was important, and then give us the opportunity to put it into practice. They paid attention to the little details and always found ways to help me improve.
What made them such a great coach wasn’t just their knowledge of the sport. It was the way they treated me as an individual. They believed in me, held me accountable, and helped me build confidence in myself.
Even when a session was challenging, I would leave feeling like I had accomplished something and had a clear idea of what I could work on next. Looking back, the lessons I learned from them went far beyond the sport—they taught me about discipline, perseverance, confidence, and believing in myself.
The mental and physical well-being of my students is of the upmost importance to me. I want them to have a lifelong love of skating.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
