Developing confident athletes through mentorship and experience
I’m a professional soccer player with over 10 years of elite playing experience, including NCAA Division I soccer and competing professionally in Europe. Alongside my playing career, I’ve built a strong foundation in sport and performance psychology, allowing me to combine high-level playing experience with evidence-based strategies to help athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and perform at their best.
Every athlete’s journey is different, which is why every session is built around an individualized plan tailored to your goals. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve your understanding of the game, navigate recruiting, prepare for the next level, or work through challenges on and off the field, I’ll provide mentorship, guidance, and practical strategies based on your unique needs. My goal is to help you grow as both an athlete and a person while giving you the tools to continue developing long after our sessions.
Every session is personalized to the athlete’s goals and current stage of development. We’ll discuss recent games, challenges you’ve faced, and the areas you’d like to improve. Together, we’ll break down game situations, analyze decision-making, and identify practical ways to strengthen your understanding of the game.
Depending on your goals, we may review game film, discuss tactical concepts, build confidence strategies, set short- and long-term goals, create action plans between sessions, or work through the recruiting process—including preparing for conversations with coaches, writing emails to college coaches, and navigating important decisions throughout your soccer journey.
My goal is for every athlete to leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and actionable steps they can immediately apply in training, competition, and their overall development as a player.
I have over 10 years of elite playing experience, including NCAA Division I soccer and competing professionally in Hungary, Iceland, Turkey, and Italy. Experiencing different coaching philosophies, tactical systems, and cultures has shaped not only how I understand the game, but also how I approach leadership, mentorship, and the mental side of performance.
During my collegiate career at Stephen F. Austin State University, I earned multiple individual honors, including Freshman of the Year, Midfielder of the Year, and additional conference and team awards. Professionally, I’ve competed at the highest levels of the game, including Italy’s Serie A and the UEFA Women’s Champions League, while being part of championship-winning teams. Those experiences reinforced that success isn’t determined by talent alone—it’s built through confidence, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate challenges both on and off the field.
Today, I’m passionate about mentoring athletes through every stage of their soccer journey. As I continue my master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, I combine my professional playing experience with evidence-informed mental performance principles to help athletes grow with confidence and purpose. Every athlete’s path is different, so I take an individualized approach based on their goals, challenges, and stage of development. Whether we’re improving soccer IQ, discussing positioning and decision-making, setting goals, navigating the college recruiting process, preparing emails to college coaches, reviewing game film, or working through setbacks and team dynamics, my goal is to provide practical guidance that helps athletes make informed decisions, enjoy the process, and continue growing long after our sessions end.
The best coach I ever had was my ECNL DKSC coach, Hugh Bradford. He taught me lessons that extended far beyond soccer and helped shape the person and athlete I am today. One phrase he constantly reminded us of was, “Hard work beats talent every time when talent doesn’t work hard.” That mindset has stayed with me throughout my career.
Coach Hugh genuinely cared about each of his players—not just as athletes, but as people. He challenged us to be accountable, resilient, and committed to continuous growth. Looking back, I believe those lessons have been a major reason I’ve been able to sustain a long professional career, adapt to different countries and cultures, and continue pursuing the game I love.
As a coach, I hope to have that same impact on the athletes I work with. My goal is not only to help players improve their performance, but to equip them with the mindset, confidence, and habits that will serve them long after the game is over.
Every athlete’s journey is different, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. I create individualized programs based on each athlete’s goals, strengths, challenges, and stage of development because I believe the best growth happens when coaching is personal.
What makes my coaching unique is that I’m still living the experience myself. As a professional soccer player competing overseas, I’m navigating the same challenges many athletes face—building confidence, managing pressure, overcoming setbacks, adapting to new environments, and finding ways to perform consistently. Those experiences give me a perspective that goes beyond theory and allow me to relate to athletes in a genuine way.
My goal is to help athletes develop not only as players, but as people. Through a combination of soccer knowledge, mental performance strategies, and honest mentorship, I want every athlete to leave our sessions with greater confidence, self-awareness, and practical tools they can carry into both sport and life.

After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
