Athletic Background
Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I was a 4 year college lacrosse player at SUNY Oswego. I was named team MVP my junior year and conference all-academic team my senior year. I hold Bacehlor's and Master's degrees in Psychology. I'm also a Certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My college lacrosse coach had a good balance of personality and fun while also holding others accountable. It created an atmosphere of trust. I feel that is extremely important in any coaching environment.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I'm caring and will always look out for the athletes needs. I'll listen to your concerns and actively involve you in the coaching process. This collaborative approach fosters trust and empowers athletes to take ownership of their mental game.
Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
I've worked both in an athletic setting and an organizational setting. Both environments have given me the tools to help you be successful.
How can you help someone improve their game?
We'll work on different Mental Performance strategies such as mindfullness, self-talk, visualization, breathwork and goal setting. You'll have the mental performance tools to help you succeed in practice, pregame, in-game and post-game.
What does a typical training session look like?
I'll start off by listening to you and getting an understanding of your current needs. Then, we'll walk through what Mental Performance training is and assess what you already know and don't know. From there, we can start to tailor a plan for you and what future sessions will look like.
