Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
I have been running my own clinics since 2016. I have been taught by great coaches all of my life. Currently, I am helping coach an aau team at the 6th grade level.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game through the teaching of the fundamentals, form shooting mechanics, dribbling moves and positive communication. A player working with me will also get to learn in game reads through drills.
What does a typical training session look like?
A session with me starts with positive reinforcement, verbal goal setting and confirmation of what is to be accomplished in the session. I usually start with fundamental ball handling or form shooting as a warmup depending on individual goals agreed upon. The work out progressively gets more and more challenging as we move and we will always shoot foul shots many time while tired throughout each hour long work out. I will assess your level and meet you where you are and move you along to where you want to be
