NCAA and international player providing personalized soccer training.
I am a current NCAA Division III soccer player with previous NJCAA Division I and international playing experience in Portugal. I provide personalized training for players of all positions and skill levels, adapting each session to the athlete’s personality, goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. My sessions combine technical development, position-specific work, decision-making, fitness, and confidence building in a positive but challenging environment. I am fluent in English and Spanish and committed to helping every player make measurable progress while enjoying the game.
I can help you improve in any area of your game that you want to work on, whether that is your first touch, passing, dribbling, shooting, defending, speed, fitness, positioning, confidence, or decision-making. Every player is different, so I tailor each training session specifically to your goals, position, skill level, physical ability, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
I will adjust each drill so that it challenges you at the right level while still allowing you to build confidence and see progress. I also focus on helping you understand how and when to use each skill in real game situations. Through clear demonstrations, specific feedback, and personalized exercises, my goal is to help you become a more confident, complete, and intelligent player.
Each session will vary depending on the main focus, but the training will usually be organized into simple blocks to keep it focused, active, and enjoyable.
We will start with a dynamic warm-up that prepares the body before we focus on the ball work. From there, we will move into the main technical focus of the session, whether that is passing, dribbling, shooting, defending, first touch, or another area you want to improve. The exercises will gradually build in difficulty and will be adjusted to match your skill level and ability.
We will finish with a fun, competitive game that includes the main skill we worked on during the session. This gives you the opportunity to apply what you learned in a more realistic situation while ending the training on a positive and enjoyable note.
I am currently an NCAA Division III soccer player at Schreiner University, where I led the team in minutes played during the 2025 season and recorded 2 goals and 5 assists. I have played as a midfielder, center back, and outside back, giving me experience in several areas of the field.
Before Schreiner, I played internationally in Portugal for 1º Dezembro, making 22 appearances and recording 1 goal and 2 assists. I also competed at the NJCAA Division I level for Otero College, where our team finished the regular season undefeated, reached the regional final, and was ranked as high as No. 13 nationally.
Although I have been fortunate to work with many great coaches throughout my career, each with different backgrounds and experiences, I would say my high school coach had the greatest impact on me. Even though I have since played in higher-level environments, he stood out because he understood not only the game, but also how to bring out the best in me as an individual.
He knew when and how to motivate me, pushed me to become one of the fittest players on the team, and gave me the trust and confidence I needed at that stage of my development. He helped me recognize what I was capable of and showed me what was possible if I worked toward my full potential. He improved me as a player on the field, but most importantly, he helped me grow mentally and believe in myself.
Parents can expect me to be positive, patient, prepared, open, and honest. I want athletes to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and challenging themselves without feeling unnecessary pressure. I will always prioritize their safety, development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. I am also fluent in English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate clearly with a wider range of athletes and families.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
