Hard Work Pays Off! I have a deep love for the game of basketball, and I am very appreciative of everyone who has helped me get to the point I am at in my basketball career, so I am trying my best to pass it on. How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game by identifying what they need to work on and designing specific drills to target those areas. I will encouragingly push my clients and make them believe in themselves as well, which is half of basketball.
What does a typical training session look like?
It depends on the client and what they need to work on. Most training sessions start with a dynamic stretching portion, a skill warmup, then more targeted skill exercises, and I like to add a competitive portion to the workout whether that be making a certain number of shots in a certain number of tries or playing against someone or myself. And throughout the workout always free throws!
