Science-backed coaching from a CMPC to help you become who you're meant to be.
I help athletes develop the mental skills they need to perform with confidence, composure, and consistency under pressure. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), former professional indoor soccer player, and coach with experience across high school, college, semi-professional, and professional sports, I bring both personal experience and sport psychology training to my coaching. My approach combines practical mental performance strategies with genuine relationships and honest communication. We work on skills such as confidence, focus, emotional regulation, routines, self-talk, resilience, and bouncing back from mistakes. My goal is to help athletes not only perform better, but better understand themselves and take ownership of their development. Think of my coaching as old-school mental toughness meets new-school science.
More and more, athletes are taught to value external factors such as wins and losses, awards, and outside recognition. What happens when those things are taken away? I focus on building the whole athlete so they are grounded in a strong foundation consisting of a strong why, specific goals, and their own unique style.
I design sessions to help with a variety of “mental roadblocks” including mental preparation for competition, effective self-talk, visualization, confidence, excelling under pressure, navigating coach-athlete relationships, and more.
I am able to meet in person around the Orlando area or online. I utilize triangulation (questionnaires, motivational interviewing, and observation) to gain the full picture of what an athlete is experiencing. I am then able to construct a science-backed, personalized mental performance training plan for each individual I work with.
I have found that a lot of athletes come to their sessions thinking I am going to them what their doing wrong. Instead, I find that most athletes aren't doing many things wrong, they just need to take time to acknowledge what they are doing right. My sessions are empowering, informative, and hyper personalized for the individual.

The best coach I ever had took an interest in me as both a person and a player. He encouraged my creativity on and off the field and believed in my leadership and playing abilities. He also made a point of recognizing the small improvements in my game.
I remember after one game, he came up to me and said, "The best play of the day was when the defense pushed up and you slid more centrally to cover the space. That prevented the counterattack when our midfield lost it. Well done. It's a small thing, but it was impressive."
That moment stuck with me. It taught me that small improvements, whether on the field or in life, are worth recognizing and celebrating. As a coach, I try to do the same for the athletes I work with.
I grew up in West Texas, in Odessa, in an old-school, blue-collar environment. Throughout my career, I've faced plenty of challenges, doubters, and "gut-check" moments.
Those experiences introduced me to mental performance, which ultimately saved my soccer career, and connected me with some of the most influential people I've ever met. They taught me a great deal about myself, about overcoming adversity, and about what it takes to succeed in sport.
After coaching at the NAIA and NCAA Division II levels, I understand the recruiting process and what it takes to navigate competitive athletic environments. I also understand the opportunities and challenges that come with being surrounded by high-level athletes.
That West Texas, blue-collar character is still a big part of who I am. When I start working with an athlete, I take that relationship seriously. I consider my athletes part of my extended family and will do everything I can to give them the best coaching experience and level of service possible.
Think of my coaching as old-school mental toughness meets new-school science.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
