Track & Field Coach developing faster, stronger athletes.
I'm a Track & Field Coach and Exercise Science graduate student with experience working alongside collegiate and professional athletes. My coaching combines sports science, performance testing, and individualized training to help athletes improve speed, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Whether you're new to the sport or preparing for your next level of competition, I create personalized training sessions focused on proper technique, measurable progress, injury prevention, and building confidence. My goal is to help every athlete maximize their potential while developing skills that translate to long-term success both on and off the track.
I help athletes improve their performance through individualized, evidence-based training focused on developing speed, strength, power, technique, and overall athletic ability. By combining my background in exercise science, performance testing, and Track & Field coaching, I create training strategies designed to address each athlete’s specific goals and areas for improvement.
My approach focuses on improving movement efficiency, developing proper mechanics, enhancing physical capabilities, and building the confidence needed to perform at a higher level. Whether an athlete is working to improve speed, explosiveness, endurance, or event-specific skills, I provide structured training and performance guidance to help them reach their full potential.
A typical training session with me is structured around each athlete’s individual goals, current abilities, and areas for improvement. Sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility, movement preparation, and activating the muscles needed for optimal performance.
The main portion of training focuses on developing key athletic qualities such as speed, power, strength, technique, and event-specific skills. Through proper instruction, drills, and performance-based exercises, athletes will learn efficient movement patterns, improve mechanics, and build the physical qualities needed to compete at a higher level.
Each session also includes coaching feedback, performance adjustments, and opportunities for athletes to understand the purpose behind their training. I incorporate evidence-based training principles and sports science to ensure each athlete is progressing safely and effectively.
Training concludes with recovery-focused activities and a review of progress/adjustments, allowing athletes to understand their development and continue building confidence in their abilities.
My professional experience includes performance testing, athlete assessment, data analysis, strength and conditioning support, and the application of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and neuromuscular principles to improve athletic performance. I have contributed to sports science research, supported performance reports, and collaborated with coaches and performance staff to enhance athlete development.

The best coach I ever had was Coach Howard, who guided me throughout my high school athletic career. He played an important role in shaping my development as an athlete and as an individual by helping me build confidence, both mentally and physically. Through his guidance as a softball coach and strength training coach, he taught me the importance of discipline, consistency, and believing in my own abilities.
His mentorship extended beyond athletics. He helped me develop the mindset needed to overcome challenges, improve my performance, and carry confidence into running, strength training, and my personal life. The impact he had on my growth continues to influence the way I approach training, leadership, and athlete development today.
Coach Howard showed me that great coaching is not only about improving athletic performance but also about helping athletes become stronger, more confident, and better individuals.
Athletes and parents should know that I bring a combination of competitive experience, sports science knowledge, and a commitment to athlete development. As an Exercise Scientist and Track & Field Coach with a master’s degree in Exercise Science, I use evidence-based training methods to help athletes improve performance, develop proper technique, and build confidence.
Having competed in Track & Field and experienced the demands of training and competition firsthand, I understand the dedication required to improve as an athlete. My background working with collegiate and professional athletes has provided me with experience in performance testing, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and individualized athlete development.
I believe every athlete has unique strengths, goals, and areas for improvement. I focus on providing structured, personalized training that helps athletes develop speed, power, movement efficiency, and sport-specific skills while creating a positive and productive training environment.
My goal is to help athletes become better performers while also developing the discipline, confidence, and habits needed for long-term success in their sport.

Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
