I am a collegiate offensive lineman with experience competing at the NCAA Division I level, where I have developed a strong foundation in technique, preparation, and performance against top-tier competition. My background includes consistent game experience, high-level coaching exposure, and a commitment to disciplined, detail-oriented play. I bring a strong understanding of offensive line fundamentals, including pass protection, run game execution, and defensive recognition, supported by years of structured development and competitive experience. My approach emphasizes consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. I am focused on using my experience to contribute at a high level while continuing to grow as both a player and a leader within the game.

Football has been a major part of my life for the past 16 years. In high school, I gained valuable versatility by playing all five positions on the offensive line, along with defensive end and kicker. For the past four years, I’ve been a part of the Charleston Southern football program, where I’ve continued to grow and develop under experienced coaches. The game has taught me discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic that I carry into everything I do. My passion for football was also shaped early on by my family, whose support and influence introduced me to the game and encouraged me to pursue it at a high level.
I will help you develop quickness off the ball and increase your power at the point of contact. You’ll build a strong sense of urgency and gain a deeper understanding of offensive line play.
Typical sessions consist of:
- An offensive line–focused warm-up
- Footwork drills using bags and pipes
- Developing strike power and timing
- Learning to recognize and understand defensive tendencies
At the collegiate level, I have accumulated 27 starts at Charleston Southern University, including starts against Florida State, Vanderbilt, and Coastal Carolina, as well as game experience against Clemson. Competing at this level has helped me develop consistency, toughness, and a strong understanding of high-level competition.
As a player, I was highly accomplished in high school, earning All-Region, All-State, and Blitz Team honors. I recorded 62.5 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 19 quarterback pressures, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and one blocked field goal.
I helped lead Lamar to a region championship each season, along with a State Runner-Up finish and two Upper State Runner-Up finishes. One of my top performances came against Dillon in 2021, where I finished with eight tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
I also received the “Clint Boyd Memorial Award” as the offensive lineman with the highest GPA.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to learn from many experienced coaches who have helped develop my skills and understanding of the game. However, the coach who had the greatest impact on my development was one who ran a weekend training camp during my high school years.
He worked closely with me throughout my junior and senior seasons, placing a strong emphasis on pass protection and run blocking techniques. His coaching significantly elevated my fundamentals, technique, and overall football IQ. The development I gained under his guidance played a major role in preparing me for the collegiate level, and without his influence, I would not be where I am today.
My goal is to help your son become the best version of himself both on and off the field. I focus on building confidence in his abilities while also developing his fundamentals, technique, and overall understanding of the game.
Just as importantly, I aim to prepare each athlete for the next level by creating opportunities through hard work, discipline, and consistent development. My priority is not only improving performance, but also helping each player reach his full potential as a competitor and as a person.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
