Hi! I'm Emmy, a D1 women's soccer player at GSU with years of high level experience and a passion for player development. I've trained under top college coaches, competed against elite athletes, and understand what it takes to improve quickly and consistently. I love working with young players and helping them build confidence, sharpen technique, and strengthen their understanding of the game. I have grown up playing int he midfield, and when I got to college I began to play center forward, and now I mainly play winger and some center forward.
I improve your game by combining high-level D1 experience with individualized coaching. I’ll help you master first touch, dribbling, body positioning, passing accuracy, finishing, and overall field awareness. Every session is designed to help you grow technically, physically, and mentally, so you show up more confident and effective in real matches.
Each session begins with a quick warm-up and ball-control work to prepare you physically and mentally. From there, we focus on personalized skill development, like improving technique, movement, speed of play, and overall soccer IQ. I break everything down step-by-step, then guide you through progressive drills that make the skill stick. I'll include fitness either on the side or included in drills if that is something agreed on that we need to work on. I usually like to end sessions with shooting or a fun game.
I've played soccer ever since I could walk. I am the youngest of 5 sibling who all played soccer, and the daughter to my first coach. I went from DDY to TopHat to Concorde for clubs, and I played at St. Pius for high school. Here I won one state championship title. I have played for 4 years at Georgia State University where I have earned a total of 3202 minutes and 12 career goals.
Ed Joyce, my current college soccer coach is the best coach I've ever had. My freshmen and sophomore year were tough soccer wise, and he helped me get my confidence and skill back and better. He has taught me more about soccer IQ than I knew existed, and has coached me to be a better player than I ever imagined I could be.
Ya'll should know that I am a regular 90 minute player at college because I work hard. If it wasn't for my 110% effort in every practice, fitness drill, and game, I would not be the player I am. I expect 100% effort every day with the knowledge that that will look different depending on the day.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
