Helping athletes grow into confident competitors and stronger people!

Hello, I’m a coach focused on developing the whole athlete. I work to build not just performance on the track, but confidence, discipline, and accountability that carry into life beyond sport. My goal is to create an environment where athletes feel supported, push their limits, and consistently grow. Oh, and we have fun doing it!

Get to know Coach Emma

About Me:

My name is Emma Ennett (Seipel), I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and I am finishing up my masters degree in Applied Psychology (Loras College). I competed in college track for five years…yes, I did have a covid year. Those five years were the best years of my life so far. A few things non-athlete related, I love trying new little coffee shops, I have a cat and a dog, I love hiking and the mountains, I am a military wife, I enjoy playing board/card games, Disney movies are the best, I absolutely love my friends and family, and yeah we will stop at that!

How I can help you improve your game:

When it comes to helping to improve YOUR game, we do necessary drills to drive intention in the approach, takeoff, air mechanics, and landing effectively. With this, I am big on bringing in athlete feedback with what YOU want to work on so there is a healthy balance. This ensures new knowledge and skills are being learned, but keeping athlete engagement up for full effectiveness.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

To begin we start by getting a good solid warm-up in (~20min.) to capitalize on injury prevention and feeling ready to move. After warm-up we get into “jump warm-up” which is some quick plyometric movements to feel explosive and ready for impact. Then we do some short sprints to feel ready for the runway. That shouldn’t take too long, we then move onto standing lands in the pit with progression and move into takeoff drills and adding them together. Depending on the day we will do full-approach run thru’s because hitting the board is so so important on meet day. Lastly, we might do a variation of different short-approach jumps or just run thru’s depending on the athlete. At the very end we stretch and debrief the session. I personalize each athletes program, so this is just a basic outline before adjustments are made.

Career summary and accomplishments:

To keep it on the short side…

6 school records (UD & Loras)

21x All-Conference Medalist (1st-3rd)

3x Long Jump National Champion (2 indoor, 1 outdoor)

9x First Team All-American

1x Team National Championship Title

3x National Championship Podium Finish (1st-4th)

NCAA All-Regional Field Athlete of the Year 2024

USTFCCCA All-Academic (unsure how many times)

USTFCCCA All-Region (unsure how many times for each event)

Qualified for every national meet possible in my collegiate career

And so on…

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I ever had was my head coach at Loras College, he knows the sport more than anyone I know! When in the transfer process not only him but the team welcomed me with open arms. One of the things that I learned was to believe and be confident in my abilities. He believed in me more than anyone else and was never afraid to express how beliefs even when I thought he was crazy. He was always right about EVERYTHING which was kinda annoying (haha). He was my sprint and jump coaching for a while and I learned a lot about myself and my events. My coach made sure I was intentional with every practice session and I trusted the process, this built motivation and confidence which pushed me to be the best athlete and person I could be. This is where my success excelled and where I loved my sport.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

My program is built on trust, accountability, and hard work. Athletes will be challenged, supported, gain knowledge, and enjoy their time. I look at the strengths AND weaknesses and guide them in a way where we find success in both. Also, I absolutely love taking film, reviewing it, and coming up with adjustments on what can be changed and also acknowledging what was done well.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
