I believe I would be a great fit for your family because I bring both athletic experience and strong mentorship skills. As a former lacrosse player who is still actively training to compete on a club team, I understand the discipline, commitment, and work ethic that sports teach young athletes. I have experience coaching summer lacrosse camps, where I learned how to connect with kids, encourage growth, and create a positive environment. What sets me apart most is my ability to help athletes mentally as well as physically. I am passionate about building confidence, teaching resilience, and helping young players stay motivated through challenges both on and of the field. I value communication, patience, and being a positive role model, and I would love the opportunity to support your family while helping your athlete grow in sports, academics, and confidence.

I was born and raised in North Carolina and am currently a student at Auburn University pursuing a degree in pre-law with interests in sports communications and business. I am 20 years old and have been playing lacrosse since late middle school. During high school.I am currently training and working toward earning a spot on Auburn’s club lacrosse team. I played Midfield as a lead draw specialist, attack and defense. Outside of school and sports, I enjoy working out and staying active because it helps me stay disciplined mentally and physically.
I help athletes improve both their lacrosse skills and mental approach to the game through online coaching sessions. With years of playing experience, I can help players develop stick skills, shooting technique, game IQ, conditioning, and overall confidence on the field. I also focus heavily on mental coaching by helping athletes build discipline, handle pressure, stay motivated, and develop a stronger mindset both in sports and everyday life. My goal is to help players become more confident, consistent, and prepared every time they compete.
A typical online training session with me focuses on both skill development and mental growth. Sessions usually begin with talking about the athlete’s goals, recent performances, and areas they want to improve. From there, we go over lacrosse-specific training such as stick work, shooting form, footwork, conditioning ideas, game awareness, and position-specific techniques that athletes can practice on their own between sessions.
I also spend time on the mental side of the game by helping athletes build confidence, improve focus, handle pressure during games, and develop stronger discipline and routines both on and off the field. My goal is to create a positive environment where players feel motivated, challenged, and supported while continuing to improve their overall game.
My lacrosse career has been built around consistency, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. I have been playing lacrosse since late middle school and continued competing throughout high school at a high level. During my high school career, I earned First Team All-Conference honors in my county for three consecutive years and scored over 100 career goal points. I have experience coaching kids from the age of 4-16 throughout my years as working as a lacrosse coach at camps. I was also fortunate enough to receive interest from a nearby division-level program, but I ultimately decided to focus more on my academic goals while continuing to keep lacrosse as an important part of my life in a more balanced way.
One of the biggest influences throughout my lacrosse career was my coach, Coach Julie. She was one of the best coaches I had during all my years of training and competition. She constantly pushed me to improve while also believing in me during difficult moments. Whether we were working on draw controls, improving my stick skills, or helping me transition from midfield into more attack-focused movements and positioning, she always took the time to help me grow as a player. Her support, patience, and knowledge of the game helped build both my confidence and my understanding of lacrosse at a much higher level.
Athletes and parents should know that I truly care about helping players grow both on and off the field. My coaching style focuses not only on improving lacrosse skills, but also on building confidence, discipline, accountability, and a strong mindset. I understand that every athlete develops differently, so I try to create a positive and supportive environment where players feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and pushing themselves to improve.
As someone who has played competitively for years, I know the importance of hard work, communication, and consistency. I bring patience, energy, and personal experience into every session, and I want athletes to leave feeling more confident in their abilities each time we work together. My goal is to help players become stronger mentally and physically while continuing to enjoy the game and grow their passion for it.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
