I bring energy, honesty, and experience to help athletes train their minds like they train their bodies. We build confidence, learn composure, and make progress fun—because when they love the work, the results take care of themselves.

I'm a former collegiate and professional athlete by trade and that athlete still lives inside me. Besides God blessing me with phenomenal athletic ability, he also blessed me with good looks! Things I enjoy outside of sports are movies, music, concerts, friends, traveling eating, reading, yoga, recording my show, and spending time with my Godson Silas who like to be thrown 15 feet in the air.
I can help you improve your game by diving into your mental make up and how you approach practice and the game situations. The type of player you will be mentally after a couple sessions together will be night and day. You'll begin to understand yourself more in your sport and how you can excel as an athlete by progressing as a human being.
A typical online coaching session (mental performance) would be a check in and then diving into the work of your goals, standards, aspirations, and looking back on how we can improve from the previous of our action plan that we created.
A training session on the field will be a warm up, designated position work, conditioning, then a cool down before we wrap up.
I am a former Division I and NFL wide receiver turned Certified Life and Performance Coach with a proven record of success at every level of the game. A Denver native and highly recruited Blue Chip athlete, Drew earned 26 full-ride scholarship offers coming out of Montbello High School before graduating early to attend the University of Oregon. At Oregon, he became a three-year starter, helping lead the Ducks to back-to-back Pac-10 Championships, earning Pac-10 Honorable Mention honors, and competing in the BCS National Championship Game—the first in school history. After college, Drew signed with the Atlanta Falcons, where he spent four seasons in the NFL, serving as Special Teams Captain and playing in the 2013 NFC Championship Game. Following his playing career, Drew transitioned into coaching and player development, joining the University of Central Florida (UCF) staff during their historic 13-0 undefeated season, and later serving as Director of Player Development at UCLA (2018–2022), guiding student-athletes in leadership, mental skills, and personal growth. Today, Drew channels his on-field experience and leadership expertise into his work as a Certified Life and Performance Coach, helping athletes build confidence, strengthen mindset, and perform with purpose—on and off the field. Best coach I had was my high school wide receivers coach. He taught me everything I know about hard work and about the game. No one worked me harder than he did. No one loved me harder than he did as well. He showed up in both good and bad times and was the same exact person. I still call him coach til this day, but he's more like a big brother.
They should know that I want the same thing they do. For parents, that's to help their child be the best athlete and person they can be. For athletes, I want them to achieve everything possible that's in front of them through hard work and overcoming obstacles. We don't cut corners in the work that we do. We go out and earn it.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
