I am a certified Personal Trainer and Performance coach through NASM. resistance, Tactical/HIIT training, strength, speed and balance development. I am currently active duty with United States Army. I am a former collegiate and professional athlete. I have aspirations to join the Army's Rugby Sevens team and compete for a trophy. I am a die hard fan of both the New England Patriots and Miami Hurricanes. I love football, I love cars and motorcycles and I love working out.

We will access bio-mechanics and how well you move. Then work on improving whatever deficiencies I notice through video analysis. Will begin every training session with prep drills that include stretching, muscle activation and dynamic warm ups to prepare for movement. Then we will build mechanics through sound fundamentals, resistance training and step-by-step phases of acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and max velocity drills.
Former 3 sport high school athlete competing in Football, Track and Field, and Wrestling. Starting defensive back at the collegiate level and competing at the Professional with the indoor football NAL Columbus Lions of Columbus GA. 2 year semi pro rugby player at the wing and fullback positions helping my team win two titles and invitational tourney. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM: I'm conditioning and balance certified and currently working on my Performance Enhancement certification through NASM as well. Prior to come returning to GA, I was a performance coach with Elite Speed Performance in Englewood, CO. I worked with a variety of athletes from little league/clubs to Collegiate athletes. Learned a lot on how to train athletes through movement, speed and strength. Also elevating there play through sport-specific drills. I coached both girls and boys in football, lacrosse, soccer, basketball and volleyball.
Coach Short was a high school db coach i had that was a NFL veteran who played for the Tampa Bucs. He brought so much energy and swag to our defensive backs and defense. He was a players coach and knew how to get the best out of us. He was patient and taught me how to be a student of the game. He brought so much knowledge and skill that helped us be one the best defenses in the county. He was someone i always said id love to imitate when i became a coach or trainer.

Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
