D1 & pro player turned mental performance coach for athletes of all ages.
I got into mental performance coaching because I know how much the mental side matters in sports. I've felt it myself as a player, the nerves, the bad games, the doubt. Now I work with athletes kids and adults on pressure, confidence, and bouncing back from setbacks, so they can actually enjoy playing again instead of just grinding through it.
I focus on the stuff that doesn't show up in a normal practice, the mental side of the game. That's things like handling nerves before a big game, staying confident after a bad performance, building a pre-game routine that actually works for you, and learning how to reset in the moment when things aren't going your way. A lot of it comes down to self-talk ;the voice in your head during a game matters more than people think, and I help athletes get that voice working for them instead of against them.
I also work on motivation and mindset for athletes going through a tough stretch benched, injured, in a slump, whatever it is. I've been through that myself, so I'm not just coming at it from a textbook. Every athlete's different, so I build sessions around what's actually going on for you that week rather than running the same program for everyone.
The first session is mostly just getting to know each other. I ask about your sport, your goals, what's been going on for you mentally, and I usually share a bit of my own story too.
After that, sessions are usually weekly, about 30-45 minutes, over Zoom or in person depending on what works. We track a few core areas over time- things like handling pressure, self-talk, motivation, and confidence— but every session is built around what's actually going on for you that week, not a fixed script. Sometimes that means working through something specific, like nerves before a big game or a rough patch after a bad performance. Other times it's more general mental training, building a pre-game routine or working on concentration.
I'll usually give you something small to try before the next session a breathing technique, a mental cue, something practical you can actually use in the moment during a game, not just talk about. And everything we talk about stays between us.
I earned a scholarship to play NCAA Division I soccer at Lafayette College. I represented Maccabi USA three times, winning two gold medals and one silver. In college, I was named Patriot League Midfielder of the Week twice, and was selected to the All-Patriot League Team and All-Region Team. Now playing professionally in Ballers League and earned team of the season
The best coach I've ever had was my head coach at Lafayette. What stood out most wasn't tactics or drills it was how he led the group and managed each player individually. He knew how to talk to guys differently depending on what they needed, whether that was pushing someone hard or knowing when to back off and just listen. He took us to three finals in four years, and looking back, I think that came down to how well he understood people, not just the game. A lot of how I coach now meeting each athlete where they're at instead of running the same approach for everyone comes straight from watching him do it.
I know what it's like to be an athlete under pressure, nervous before a big game, doubting yourself after a bad one, wondering if you're ever going to get your confidence back. I've been through all of that myself, and I'm still going through parts of it right now as a player. So when your athlete talks to me, they're not talking to someone who forgot what it feels like.
For parents, I get that it's hard to watch your kid struggle mentally and not know how to help especially when it's not something you can fix with more practice or more reps. That's exactly the gap I try to fill. I create a space where your athlete can actually be honest about what's going on in their head, without feeling judged or like they have to perform for me too. Everything we talk about stays between us, which matters a lot for kids opening up.
At the end of the day, I want your athlete to walk away not just performing better, but actually enjoying the sport again, remembering why they fell in love with it in the first place.
