My background in college soccer and strength training allows me to teach proper technique, smart decision making, and strong movement habits in a way that pushes athletes to stay sharp, stay disciplined, and grow with real intent.

I earned First Team All-Conference, Second Team All State, All State selection, Team MVP, Most Valuable Defender, Rookie of the Year, and served as Team Captain at Mukwonago High School. In club soccer I played for FC Milwaukee and Elm Grove SC where I won a Wisconsin State Cup and competed in top regional leagues including MRL, NPL, and WDA while contributing as a starter on a championship level defensive unit. I continued my career at Luther College where I played in a respected NCAA program and also coached strength and conditioning for athletes across several sports. My background includes high level competition at the club, high school, and college levels along with formal coaching experience in movement, technique, and player development.
The best coaches I ever had were Bob Gansler and Chris Garcia Prats. Coach Gansler taught me how to see the game with clarity and patience and helped me understand what calm defending and smart decision making really look like. Coach Garcia Prats pushed me to raise my standards every day and showed me how to train with purpose and confidence. The combination of their influence shaped the way I coach now, especially the focus on clear instruction, steady improvement, and helping young athletes feel supported while they grow.
I hold athletes to a high standard and expect them to compete with focus and purpose every time we train. I bring the same mindset I learned from top coaches and high-level programs, and I push players to improve their technique, decision making, and overall toughness in a clear and structured way. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
