About Me:

I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach I help athletes of all levels become faster, stronger, and more explosive through structured, individualized training.

With over 7 years of coaching experience, I’ve worked with youth, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes across multiple sports including football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse. I was also a multi-sport athlete myself, competing in football, baseball, basketball, and track & field in high school before going on to play college football. That experience allows me to truly understand what athletes need to perform at a high level and stand out in their sport.

My coaching is built on a science-based approach, focusing on movement quality first, making sure athletes move efficiently, safely, and confidently before increasing intensity and load. Every program is tailored to the individual, taking into account their goals, sport demands, mobility, and injury history.

Whether an athlete is just getting started, preparing for their season, or looking to gain a competitive edge, my goal is to help them build confidence, improve performance, and develop habits that translate both on and off the field.

How I can help you improve your game:

I help athletes improve their game by focusing on speed, strength, and movement efficiency. Through individualized training, I identify weaknesses in mobility, mechanics, and performance, then build a structured plan to improve explosiveness, agility, and overall athleticism. My goal is to help you move better, perform faster, and build the confidence to compete at a higher level.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical session starts with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility, activation, and movement prep to make sure the athlete is moving properly. From there, we move into explosive work and speed development, including sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change-of-direction drills. We then focus on agility and quickness before transitioning into strength training to build power and durability. Sessions finish with core work and conditioning as needed. Every session is individualized based on the athlete’s goals, sport, mobility, and injury history to ensure safe and effective progress.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach, with over 6 years of experience helping athletes develop speed, strength, and overall performance. I have worked with athletes ranging from youth to high school, collegiate, professional, and adult levels across multiple sports including football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse.

As a former multi-sport athlete, I was a 2-year team captain, 2-time Team MVP, and earned All-County honors in football. I went on to receive partial scholarship opportunities at the Division II level and competed for 2 years as a collegiate football player at the Division III level.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Towson University and a Master’s degree in Human & Sport Performance. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), allowing me to apply evidence-based training methods to every athlete I work with.

Throughout my coaching career, I have helped athletes improve speed, explosiveness, and strength while building confidence and preparing for higher levels of competition. My focus is always on long-term development, proper movement, and creating measurable results that translate directly to sport performance.

Best coach I ever had:

Growing up in Baltimore, most of my coaches were parents of players, and I never really had a coach who stood out by fully investing in athletes to help them reach their true potential. That experience is a big part of why I coach today.

I’m driven to be the coach I needed when I was growing up, someone who is knowledgeable, intentional, and genuinely invested in each athlete’s development. My goal is to help athletes maximize their potential, build confidence, and create opportunities to compete at the highest level they desire, both on and off the field.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Athletes and parents should know that I take a very intentional and individualized approach to training. I focus on proper movement, technique, and long-term development, not just quick results. Every athlete is coached based on their goals, sport, mobility, and injury history to ensure they are improving safely and effectively. I’m big on communication, accountability, and building confidence, so athletes not only perform better but also understand the “why” behind their training.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
