Passion‑driven pitching that builds athletes with lifelong skills.
I bring passion and fun to every session as I work with pitchers to reach their next level and build skills that last a lifetime. I don’t just train pitchers—I train athletes. My focus is on developing complete movers who can compete, adapt, and thrive.
I help athletes improve their game by developing both their pitching skills and their overall athleticism. The more athletic a player becomes, the more success they can create on the mound — so while we focus heavily on pitching-specific work, building athleticism is equally important.
On the pitching side, I bring advanced knowledge of biomechanics and pitch design from my experience with the Baltimore Orioles and UGA Baseball. I use that background to refine movement patterns, optimize pitch shapes, and help athletes understand how their body and arsenal work together. My goal is to elevate every part of their game — from how they move to how they compete.
A typical training session is structured into four key components, each designed to develop the athlete in a progressive and intentional way:
1. Warm‑Up
We begin by preparing the body for movement through a targeted warm‑up and general athleticism drills. This phase builds foundational athletic qualities and ensures the athlete is physically ready to train at a high level.
2. Throwing Program
Next, we move into a structured throwing progression. Here we focus on arm conditioning, movement patterns, and mechanical efficiency. This is where we evaluate mechanics, make necessary adjustments, and train the arm and body to perform safely and effectively both in games and on the mound.
3. Bullpen Work
Bullpens typically range from 20–25 pitches, depending on the athlete’s age, workload, and overall health. This is where we apply the concepts trained in the throwing program to full‑motion pitching. We work on pitch execution, pitch design, and command while reinforcing mechanical consistency.
4. Arm Care
We finish with a comprehensive arm‑care routine to promote recovery, maintain strength, and support long‑term durability. This ensures the athlete’s arm is healthy, resilient, and prepared for future training sessions.

he best coach I ever had was my JV assistant coach. He consistently went above and beyond what was required. He remembered when we had exams and asked how they went, asked about our weekend plans, and took a genuine interest in every player as a person. Instead of standing off to the side during practice, he was on the field with us—demonstrating drills, hitting fungo, and staying fully engaged. He never belittled anyone. Instead, he focused on lifting us up and reminding us that we belonged on the team, even during tough stretches or when we weren’t getting the playing time we hoped for.
He is the model of the coach I strive to be. I’ve seen firsthand how coaches like him don’t just develop athletes—they change lives.
I value clear, consistent communication with both players and parents. When everyone understands the plan, expectations, and goals, the athlete can focus on what matters most—playing baseball, improving, and enjoying the game. Every drill I use has a purpose, and I make sure athletes know exactly what we’re working on and why it matters. If something doesn’t make sense, I take the time to break it down so we’re all aligned and confident moving forward.
I also believe development should be fun. Baseball teaches countless life skills, but those lessons stick best when athletes genuinely enjoy the process. If a player isn’t having fun, I address it immediately and look for ways to bring excitement, confidence, and joy back into their training. My goal is to help athletes grow, compete, and love the game for years to come.
