Athletic Background

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
Have been playing baseball since the age of 7. Played high school Varsity baseball at Leuzinger High School in Lawndale, Ca where I made All Bay Team in 1997 as a starting pitcher. Played for the Los Angeles Dodger u18 team right out of high school. Played collegiately at El Camino College for 1 season.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Coach Dana McGrew was the best coach I ever had. He found ways to push me to be the best athlete I could be. He helped my untag potential that I never knew that I had. Wish that I would have had him for more than one season in high school.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Dedicated, knowledgeable. Want to leave a lasting impression to all my athletes on and off the field.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
Have coached for several organizations such as Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, at the high school level at the Varsity and Freshman/Sophmore level.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I know what to look for in a player. How to develop their current skills and how to provide constructive and corrective feedback to help with areas that need improvement.
What does a typical training session look like?
It depends on what the athlete is looking for. I am left handed so I played several positions on the diamond. Incorporate conditioning drills along with technique and practical use so that not only is the athlete putting in the work behind the scenes but showing them the difference between how they first started to the end product.
