As a position coach, my evaluation process starts with a detailed analysis of the athlete’s current performance, both on and off the field. First, I assess game film to identify key aspects of their play—such as route running, footwork, release off the line, hands, and blocking technique. I also observe their ability to read defenses and make in-game adjustments.
Next, I conduct a series of on-field drills to gauge speed, agility, reaction time, and overall athleticism. I look for strengths that can be maximized and weaknesses that may hinder performance, tailoring drills that mimic game situations. I then evaluate the athlete’s football IQ, decision-making, and mental toughness to ensure they can handle pressure and perform at a high level.
By combining film study, physical assessment, and mental evaluation, I create a comprehensive picture of the athlete’s game, allowing me to craft a personalized training plan to elevate their performance to the next level.
A typical training session with me as your receiver coach begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for peak performance. We then move into a ladder series to improve footwork, agility, and quickness. Next, we focus on releases off the line, practicing different techniques to beat defenders and create separation. This is followed by a break series, emphasizing precise cuts and explosiveness out of breaks. Hand-eye coordination drills are integrated to sharpen catching ability and reaction time. Finally, we wrap up with routes on air, where we work on getting to the proper depth, timing, how you should be coming out of breaks, various techniques, and in game-like scenarios. Each session is designed to build the essential skills needed to excel as a receiver.

Family y’all should know that I will never cheat you. Everything I got out of this game we play for the most part I had to learn on my own and study hours upon hours of film because I didn’t have the resources where I could learn from someone. So when it comes to developing your athlete(s) parents I want y’all to understand I do this to give to the community something I was missing growing up, and I take pride in making sure my athletes perform on and off the field.

To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
