Why Train With Me?

There are many trainers so why would you choose me. Although I am young just beginning my coaching career i have played basketball at many levels. I am young so most workouts are high paced and have a lot of energy. My goal for all my athletes and that is to be the best version of you. Being the best version of you is knowing what skills you need to sharpen also what can I do as a trainer to get you to the next level. If you are looking for energy and someone that will push you to your goals even when you don't think you can reach them then I am the coach for you.

How can you help someone improve their game?
I can best help someone improve their game by focusing on the details of the athlete's patterns. As a coach I focus on spotting the patterns in an athletes play and seeing the traps they are prone to falling into. I use these patterns as examples to help athletes change what they may think is right to push them to a new level in that pattern that will improve those set skills.
