A light that shine so bright that men will look at our works and say " man only God could've done this". That's what He did in my life. Despite my fears, despite all the limiting beliefs, despite my lack of experience in the game. He transformed raised me up to heights I could've never imagined I would be in. Started playing football at the age of 15, from Long Island NY. Such humble beginnings birthed this collegiate and professional career: Undrafted free agent and OLB for Baltimore Ravens Practice squad and active player for the NY Jets Active player for the Kansas City Chiefs Active player for the Tennessee Titans College football 2015 FCS national sack leader for Division 1AA 2015 finalist for defensive performer of the year All CAA honors for 2014 and 2015 2015 CAA defensive player of the year All time sack and tackle for loss leader at Stony Brook University
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
John Harbough was an amazing experience. A coach that pushed you and challenged you but was so detail oriented. Even a free agent like myself, he would watch everything and congratulate me on my progress. I can't emphasize how much that players, is to have a coach that isn't cookie cutter but pays attention and that was Coach Harbs! Malik Corbett and Durron Newman. They believed in me when I had nothing! Saw virtues and abilities in myself that I never knew even existed. Never gave room for anything but excellency. Showed me that all the fears that I had were in just in my mind. We all started training together with little but that never stopped us. The greatest feeling I had was to play my first active game for the Jets and to see them watch me in the stands and see the fruit of their labor. Love my team!
What should athletes and parents know about you?
1) Imagination and mentality is just as important if not more than technique. We go through a HEAVY deal of technique but it all means nothing if the mind isn't positioned to be an overcomer. There's a difference between hoping for success and KNOWING there will be success. All doubts will be cleared up. 2) I love to teach. I've learned so many lessons that were sweet and some not so pleasant. My athletes will be prepared for everything especially when it comes to taking care of their bodies 3) Conditioning is very important, we have deviated from that as a society for very strange reasons but our athletes will be conditioned. Your 60% will be better than someone untrained at 100% 4)It's a good chance I will not be for everybody. I am not for the parent that wants to live vicariously through their child. I have turned away children in the past that were only training to not let their parents down and genuinely didn't have love for their sport. Allow the child to pursue what God has created them to pursue

Summary of Coaching Background
Coaching career Have had the pleasure of coaching so many tremendous athletes as a private coach who have went on to division 1, 2 and 3 football. Others have went on to coach division 1 football as well. VALLEY STREAM CENTRAL FOOTBALL ( Fall 2019) Joined a team that went 3-5 the previous year with one of Long Island’s worst defenses and helped lead the team to a 7-2 record the next year with one of the top defenses in the state. Coached a defensive line where 3 players earned all conference honors in one year without an offseason with them.
How can you help someone improve their game?
We improve the overall athlete. Mind, technique, conditioning and athletic performance. Our athletes will learn to activate muscles in their body that they have never utilized that will not only enhance their performance but prevent unnecessary, career ending injuries.
