Summary of Career and Accomplishments
Collegiate Student athlete and varsity captain. Competed in AAU and USATF affiliated state, regional and national Junior Olympic meets. USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic All-American. Long/presently standing High School and GCAC Record-holder in 100m dash. Long/presently standing collegiate School Record-holder in 400m and 400mH. All-Conference Athletic Honors recipient for 400m dash. Competed against world-class athletes such as Lolo Jones in 100mH. Over 200+ medals/awards including standard FAT timed meets, All-Conference, All-State, and All-American titles. Experienced in 60m (indoor), 100m, 200m, 400m, 100mH, 400mH, sprint relays, and triple jump.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
"Coach Jones", Head Coach of TrackMySpeed, a nationally qualifying and affiliated team. He was heavily involved in my younger stardom years, coaching and teaching about everything including track techniques, improving lifestyle, education, friendships, etc. He was an encouraging and passionate coach on AND off the track.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
My goal is to create a fun, hard-working and competitive atmosphere for athletes to share their love for track with me!

Summary of Coaching Background
Girls and Boys Track and Field Coach at St. Sabina Academy. Serving and inspiring the local minority communities of Chicago for over 2 years. Trained several members of the team to become City-Wide Champions in 100m, 200m, and sprint relays. Assisted with recruitment to competitive High Schools for the continuance of student athletics post graduation. Experienced high school and collegiate athlete mentor and coach.
How can you help someone improve their game?
Educating about nutrition as simple way to keep an athlete's body in its prime.
Video Recording during sessions to help visualize and breakdown technical skills (videos will be posted to the session online and will be further discarded).
What does a typical training session look like?
Sessions typically last 90 mins(+/-).
Sessions include warm up, technical skill drills, dynamic stretches, sprint/endurance cardio workout and cool down.
Depending on the athlete's physical/mental abilities, I will create a workout that can optimize results in a single session, guaranteed.
