With experience coaching youth athletes in soccer and basketball, as well as high school and collegiate long and triple jumpers, I specialize in sprint technique, jump events, and building strong fundamentals. My goal is to help athletes perfect their skills, develop mental toughness, and ultimately cultivate a passion for the sport!

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I’ve had was Coach Scott, my high school track and basketball coach. She saw my potential and pushed me to reach it, always making me feel supported and like someone truly had my back. Coach Scott didn’t just help me succeed in sports, she taught me the mindset to pursue my goals and believe I could achieve anything in life. Her encouragement and belief in me shaped who I am today, and I hope to be that same source of support and inspiration for someone else.

I’m not just a coach, I’m a mentor who truly invests in your growth. I believe in building not only athletic ability but also character, confidence, and mental resilience. My goal is to help you improve, push your limits, and enjoy the journey every step of the way.

Each session focuses on refining technique, building strength, and developing mental toughness through dynamic warm-ups, event-specific drills, and conditioning. We wrap up with a cool-down and reflection to boost confidence and keep training fun!
