Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my coach from my youth years Rick Bresinger. The approach he brought to training was one that was very demanding but rewarding in the end. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have unlocked my potential as a player and the passion I have for the sport.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am a very friendly person who has an unwavering passion for the sport of soccer and I hope to bring that to the athletes I train too. To buttress my passion, I have the discipline to help ensure that the passion for soccer doesn't just stay a dream, but blossoms into something beautiful and worth being proud of.

How can you help someone improve their game?
No matter what position you play, there is a foundation that every single player needs in order to become the best they can be. From working on fitness, to technique, and skill I can turn an athlete from an average player to someone who is a threat on the field anytime they play.
What does a typical training session look like?
For roughly an hour, we begin by warming up the body through proper stretching and exercises. Then we transition into warmups of basic soccer exercises such as dribbling and passes. This is to ensure there is no rust going into training. The next phase of training is the focus of the training of that day (could also be what the athlete needs to work on the most) and for 3/4s of the training session, we will focus on drills that need to be done. I like to finish with either exercise such as sprints, push ups, sit ups, and squats to enhance fitness ability or by playing a game such as a 1v1.
