Athletic Background

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I’ve played AAU Basketball for 13 years as a child and started as a point guard as a Freshman in high school. I’ve led 2middle school teams to district championships and became a head coach of a JV high school basketball team just 2 years later.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My best coach was Coach Mike Krzyzewski from Duke University. I had the opportunity to go to Duke University for 4 years during my childhood with my AAU unreal and be coached by Krzyzewski himself.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Parents and athletes should know that I’m a hard coach but an understanding one as well. I will push you to your limits so you know how far your body can go. I always coach an athlete to their capabilities and not their abilities.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I’ve coached as Head Coach at Tyrone Middle School for 2 years. I’ve coached in G L in Parrish, FL for 2 years. I’m currently Assistant Coach at Lennard High School.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I focus on specific skills depending on the position the athlete is interested in playing as well as what the athletes goals are for their future. Ball handling, shooting, foot work, physical conditioning and more.
What does a typical training session look like?
Start with a 5 -10 minute stretch. Then begin with the workout for that day. If it’s the first training day, it’s more of an assessment training to see where the athlete is at, but if it’s not the first day we will continue where we left off the last training. Each session is working on offensive and defensive skills.
