My longtime mentor and friend Steve Miller who is a 5 time NCAA Coach of the Year and 5 time NCAA National Champion Coach and long time CEO of The Agassi Foundation and Agassi Graf Holdings. I have known Steve for all the 18 years I have lived in the USA and he is an inspirational leader who can automatically relate to and guide and motivate and uplift anyone who he encounters in either a professional, social or recreational setting.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
My interactions with players or any individuals I meet starts and is tethered to my caring and respect for everyone. Every person is different and has different ways of interacting and expressing, and as a great communicator I always learn and delve into every individual I meet and appreciate where they are in their life journey. This Is the case in my coaching life as well as my personal and professional life.

How can you help someone improve their game?
Firstly by getting to know the player's existing level of development and current capabilities and identifying what areas need addressing, developing and cultivating. Every player is at a different stage of technical, tactical and even physical growth, so it is very important to use that as a template for creating a training plan that will maximize the potential and improvement of a player. Furthermore, soccer is a cerebral game as much as it is physical, and educating players and making them smarter decision makers on the field is just as important as physical technical coaching.
What does a typical training session look like?
There is no typical training session for me as a coach. This is because I tailor every session to the player or team I am coaching, and will factor in what the needs are of these players, and what their capabilities are and what the objectives we need to achieve are, and build around that.
