Why Train With Me?

Hello my name is Kalani, I have played sports ever since I was a kid football, rugby, volleyball, softball, baseball, track and field, basketball. As a coach and player I have won and lost state tournaments and championships. So I know what it is needed to make it to the top. As well as learn form the losses. I am former military as well form the marine corps and still to this day a current athlete in men’s flag football. Your athlete will not only learn and become better at sports. They will also learn traditions values and lessons that will last a lifetime.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My best coach I ever had was my baseball coach. He was always there to listen and mold us into what we could be not what we currently are. Very motivational and would take care of us like his own kids.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am here for your athlete. My job is to make them better and prepare them for that next level of competition. Even though I am their coach it takes all of us me parent and athlete to reach their goal.

Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I have coached sports for 6 years at the high school level Girls flag football Girls Soccer Girls Volleyball Softball Boys football Speed and endurance for both
How can you help someone improve their game?
My former military background can help athletes overcome that mental barrier. Usually it’s not the physical aspect of the game they struggle with it’s the mental. How to keep pushing through the pain or the tiredness having the self discipline to stick to their training and schedules. I believe you have to train the mind just as much as the body and your athletes will come out on top learning these skills from me.
