What does a typical training session look like?
A typical session starts with 5-10 minutes of dynamic warm-up followed by basic base running drills and warm ups. It then goes into throwing for 5-15 minutes depending on if the players needs long toss. After throwing I will lead into basic base stealing to engage the idea of how to read a pitcher. That will be followed by ground balls and where to throw depending on players position. The session will end with batting practice followed by baseball IQ questions to make sure that information is retained throughout the session.
