Why Train With Me?

I am a sports fanatic, I will get a lot of hate for it but I am a die hard Dallas cowboys and dodger fan. I love the game. I play 1 year in college ball but sadly ended my career with a knee injury. I love fundamentals and passion for the game. I’ve been a high school coach for 10 years now and couldn’t love it anymore. I stick with the basics and fundamentals because that’s what makes a great athlete. I have 10 nieces and nephews that all play sports from ages 12-6 and adopted 40 teenagers that I consider family and friends at Buena Park high school. GO COYOTES!!

How can you help someone improve their game?
Fundamentals and the basics is where great athletes are built.
What does a typical training session look like?
Depending on the position and sport, that will determine the practice session. But I like to bond with the kids first and have a little “test” to see where their at and go based off that.
